When you get engaged, a huge overwhelming rush comes upon you. Where are you going to have the ceremony, reception, food, drinks, decor, color scheme, flowers?!?, etc. When I started my journey on finding a wedding coordinator, I had spoken to several companies. It wasn't until my friend who just had her wedding highly recommended SugarBranch. I cannot tell you how wonderful of an experience I had with them. Lindsay is who I worked with and she was outstanding. She always made herself available for me, would give me advice and followed up when tasks were complete. She's impeccably organized, knowledgeable and creative, the three best qualities in someone who's helping you plan your wedding! My whole wedding went off without a hitch and it was absolutely beautiful, romantic and intimate - the three things I always dreamed of. I can't thank Lindsay and her team enough for making this process stress-free and smooth. I highly recommend SugarBranch and will keep referring them to my family and friends. :) Also - quick note. They did give me a website called AislePlanner when I signed up with them. It's an online-based wedding planner kit where you can put your timeline in, contracts and you can message your planner through there with questions, ideas, etc. It was fantastic!!!

I LOVE Sugar Branch! They helped coordinate my friend's wedding about 5 years before I got engaged and that was the first experience I had with Sugar Branch. I was so impressed by them that I booked their services the day after we got engaged! Britt is a dream come true for every bride-to-be! We used them for day-of services so that I could enjoy the best day ever and know that everything was being taken care of with all of the vendors, family, and guests. Britt made sure that my husband and I knew what was going on, when to eat dinner (yup, we actually got to eat at our wedding!), and her team packed up all of the decor/gifts after the reception! If you want to really just enjoy your wedding day, hire Sugar Branch Events. It will be the best money you spend on your wedding. If you have a tight budget, then reallocate funds from another section of the wedding. THAT'S how important it is to have Sugar Branch as a part of your day.

I can not thank Brittany enough for all her support and help in organizing my daughter's 16th birthday. She basically did everything and made it incredibly easy for me. Weeks before the party my mother passed away and I was not able to focus much attention to my daughter's Sweet Sixteen. Brittany took it upon herself not only to go above and beyond in organizing every last detail, but she was also reassuring and made sure that I did not have anything to worry about. She made it uncomplicated and easy, I really felt like all I did was show up to the party and everything was set and ready to go. Every detail was taken care of and the party could not have turned out any better. My daughter had the party she had always dreamed of and it all due to the professionalism, care and creativity that Brittany gave to the event. Thank you so much for everything, it would have been impossible without you Brittany.

I'm a decisive and organized person in general, but the idea of wedding planning was overwhelming, particularly in the age of Pinterest, TheKnot, etc. It was total saturation overload for me. We didn't want to be completely hands-off and have someone plan the whole event for us, because we definitely had our own taste/ideas, but I really wanted someone to be a safety net for questions, advice, and keeping anything from falling through the cracks. A family friend had used Sugar Branch for her own wedding and recommended them to me...Lindsay, Britt & their team came though for us in spades!

Compared with on the other planners we met, SB's prices were reasonable for what we needed (we went with the "Partial Planning & Wedding Day Coordination" package), and the service was excellent. But even more than that, they are truly a pleasure to work with. Lindsay & Britt were both prompt & helpful with their responses, they listened to what we wanted & made useful suggestions, and never made us feel pressured. (We handled a lot of the design and other details on our own, so I can't really speak to the full-blown design services.)

A 60ish co-worker of mine said our wedding was the best she had ever been to, not just because it was beautiful!, but because it started exactly on time, and the guests were kept informed throughout the event where they should be & what was happening next. (We have a lot of relatives in that age range, so it was great to hear.) For that, we have to thank Britt & her team for making everything run smoothly on the day. That was exactly what we wanted, so our guests would feel comfortable & we could just enjoy every minute with each other, our families, & our friends. Based on our experience, I would absolutely recommend Sugar Branch!

To make a long story short, we received a lot of feedback from our wedding guests about how smoothly everything went on our wedding day and we have Lindsay at Sugar Branch to thank for that! Lindsay was very organized and extremely helpful in providing advice because she understood our vision and needs. Leading up to the wedding, she anticipated every detail no matter how big or small (ie, from serving as a middleman between us and our vendors when issues came up to offering advice on table cloths selections). On the actual day, she and her team handled everything that we had discussed flawlessly and kept us on schedule, freeing us from worrying about any of the details and allowing us to enjoy the day!

We could not be more pleased with Britt and Lindsay from Sugar Branch! They were extremely friendly, consummate professionals, and truly made our wedding day perfect. Lindsay,Britt and their staff made my special day come to life exactly the way I pictured it. They made the process of planning my wedding stress free and so much fun! we used their full service package based on living out of country but I couldn't of felt more apart of every detail, they made sure to be at any vendor appointments i needed them to be and every vendor they recommended was excellent as well! Never pushed anything i didn't feel 100% on and gave their honest opinions! Which made it easy to trust they had my best interest in mind !:). These girls are so sweet and kind hearted they feel like friends by the end!

My husband and I had a backyard wedding in Southern California in June and were planning from Northern California. Though we wanted to make all the big decisions about the wedding ourselves, we wanted to make sure that we had someone more experienced in wedding planning to guide us and be there on the day of the wedding, so we opted for coordination rather than full planning. We met with a few wedding coordinators before talking with Lindsay and I knew instantly I wanted to go with Sugar Branch because Lindsay seemed so organized and experienced.

Lindsay and Britt had great referrals for other vendors in the OC area, which we really valued as we planned from a distance. A few months ahead of time, Lindsay + Britt put together a timeline and checklist of things to be sure we thought through so that everything would go smoothly. They thought of lots of things we might not have thought of on our own, especially for a wedding at a residence.

On the day of the wedding, we had a bit of surprise rain before the ceremony and I was so thankful that Britt and her team (Emily and Kate) were there to get all the chairs covered temporarily. We had a big flip where our ceremony area became the dining area while guests had cocktails, and Britt, Kate, and Emily did an awesome job making sure all the little details were put in the right place at the right time. More importantly, they handled everything seamlessly so that my husband and I, as well as our parents, could just enjoy the night. Honestly, everything went perfectly and I know they had a lot to do with it! Thanks, Sugar Branch Events!!

Lindsay, Brittany and the other wonderful women of SugarBranch Events were fantastic to work with. We utilized their "full service" coordination package for our July wedding and it was worth every penny. Their professionalism, expertise, and their use of vendor relationships truly transformed my dream of a fairytale wedding into a reality. It would be an injustice to call Lindsay and Brittany vendors as this process has made them as members of our family. They were never afraid to tell me whether an idea would work or not, and above all always found a way to make my wedding dreams come true...even when I made those late night calls ;) They were always so positive and calm throughout the entire wedding process, which really made the experience so special for my entire family. From the planning, to the rehearsal and at the wedding, the SugarBranch team made everything feel so elegant, so spectacular and so perfect. Our friends and family are still raving about how fabulous our LA wedding at the downtown Jonathan Club was...more than two months later! My experience with Sugar Branch was positively fabulous. My husband and I live in Pennsylvania and planned a destination wedding in Dana Point, CA. We couldn't have put our wedding in better hands. Lindsay was always available and replied to my MANY emails in a timely and professional manner. She handled all of our wants and needs without fail. Being across the country, I put my vendors in her hands and couldn't have been happier!! I will never forget how I felt that day, seeing my vision come to life.
