Stephen Wang did such a wonderful job photographing our wedding, I don't even know where to begin. He was friendly and responsive during the planning phase, and perfectly captured the spirit of our day. From formal photos to candids to action shots, he got it all. Stephen was my photographer for a December Christmas wedding at The New Haven Lawn Club. I do not have enough kind words to describe the job he did. He was not only extremely professional but incredibly patient and poised. Stephen knew exactly what I wanted as a bride and was very easy going and not overbearing. He also understood the layout of both my Church and venue. I highly recommend Stephen Wang as a wedding photographer!

Steve was awesome to work with, start-to-finish! He is a very talented, creative, intuitive, and spontaneous photographer. We got to know him well while working with during our engagement photo session, during which he demonstrated patience, passion for his work, knowledge, and a keen eye. We had a lot of fun working with him and knew immediately that we had chosen the right person for the job, leaving us feel at ease going into the wedding. On our wedding day, Steve didn't miss a single moment. He was everywhere, all the time, capturing every moment, but without being intrusive or really even noticeable except for when he was completing a photo shot list that we gave him, which he completed in its entirely to perfection. Working with his, Steve came to know our personalities, quirks, and bad habits (hand placement, for example), and worked through it all with patience and ease to produce many hundreds of truly spectacular photos -- blending nicely candids with poses, color with B&W, and many out-of-the-box shots that are unique and very special to us. In our opinion, he went above and beyond, delivery to us in a very timely fashion a full and complete wedding photo gallery that we were so proud to share with all of our guests, friends, family, and -- perhaps most importantly -- with those who could not be with us on our special day. We give him our highest recommendation.

Words can't express how grateful my husband and I are that we chose to go with Stephen Wang as our wedding photographer. We must've met with at least five different photographers and knew immediately he was our guy. Not only does he have such a unique eye (we have so many really cool shots outside of the traditional photos you look for) but he brings the type of energy you want on your wedding day. He's so friendly and just helps you feel at ease. EVERYONE at our wedding kept talking about how great he was! Not to mention, he was VERY reasonably priced compared to some of the other photographers we met with. Extremely talented, SO kind and a great value. What more could you ask for?

First off, Stephen is incredibly charming and friendly, which makes it easier to round up hot toddlers and distracted family members for photos. He captured so many great candid shots from the reception, and delivered elegant photos from our session before the reception. And he didn’t let blistering heat or light rain get in the way of some memorable photos. Highly recommend!!

Stephen photographed my wedding at the birchwoods at oak lane on 10-22-22 and we had the absolute best time of our lives and we were thrilled he was a part of it.
Steve was extremely easy to talk to and get along with, we felt like he was a part of our family, we just received the preview and my jaw is on the floor, each one amazing. Steve is the BEST. We got married 6 months ago and had the pleasure of having Steve as our wedding photographer. It has taken me this long to write a review because I cannot find the words to describe how amazing he is. From our first meeting to after the wedding day, Steve was incredible. He is professional, organized, and so personable. Not only is Steve an awesome photographer, but he is also a wonderful human being. He was the perfect person for our small, intimate wedding. My husband and I are so happy that he was part of our wedding day. Every time we look at our wedding photos (which is often because they are so amazing) we are immediately taken back to that day - Steve has a way of capturing the emotion in his photos, it is truly incredible. Everything you want from a wedding photographer, Steve’s got it: He takes amazing photos, he is so talented and creative, he is easy to communicate with, he is prompt, and he is a pleasure to be around. My husband and I recently worked with Stephen Wang Photography for our winter wedding in Beacon, NY. From start to finish, Steve was incredible to work with. Stephen Wang did a great job on our wedding photos. Guests mentioned several times how unobtrusive and friendly he was. It's quite obvious because the candid shots came out great.
