I wanted to celebrate my 40th birthday party in a big and beautiful way and Stephanie delivered! I had a lot of ideas and she put them all together cohesively and seamlessly. She truly understood my vision and transformed a dull event space to the most beautiful scene. There were so many details incorporated into the planning that I would have never thought of, but made a huge impact! She tirelessly worked through the entire event ensuring that we stayed with our timeline and that everyone had what they needed. I’m sure there were hiccups along the way, but I never knew because she handled everything with so much confidence and professionalism. She is absolutely the best in the business!

Stephanie did an exceptional job planning our wedding. We hired her for three months plus day of and she delivered our dream wedding. We didn’t have any hiccups (that we were aware of, she and her staff handled a few things behind the scenes that we never knew about!!). Stephanie handled all our vendor contracts and kept everything professionally organized. Our timeline was expertly laid out and managed perfectly on the day of our wedding. To say it was our dream come true is an understatement. All our family and friends continue to tell us what an amazing wedding it was. Stephanie is a joy to work with and she is a truly wonderful person who we now call a friend!!

Stephanie Meikle has done a superb job for my Covid wedding last year. Stephanie has a calming; yet, focused demeanor toward her craft for wedding and event planning. Having a Covid wedding after our original plans were impacted allowed us to touch base with Stephanie to implement new ways to make our wedding one always remember.

Six weeks before our wedding day my husband and I got word that our wedding was going to cancelled becuase our venue wanted us to spend more money to have the same wedding. We fired that venue and had to start from square one. We decide to go forward and get married anyway because getting married was the most important thing to us. We called Stephanie the following monday and she jumped into action. She found us a new venue, caterer, rental company, etc. She made our dreams come true with such a limited time. We thought our wedding day was not going to happen, but Stephanie and her team went above and beyond for us and made our wedding day better than what we expected. Highly recommend and we are so happy we booked her. 100/10 would recommend for any bride.

Steph did not have an easy job with our wedding as we ended up having to postpone due to the pandemic but she 100% nailed it from beginning to end. We couldn't be happier with her as our wedding planner. From the start, she helped us so much with everything needed. Neither my wife or I knew exactly what we wanted in our wedding and Steph was perfect at guiding us towards everything needed. She was so knowledgable in everything and made sure that we understood all of the options when making decisions. She set up our initial wedding venue visits and worked with us until we found the perfect one. She made us an absolutely amazing wedding website for our guests to view. Steph really was there with us the entire way and took so much off of our plates. There was almost nothing that we actually had to do. She found us the perfect venue, photographer, florist and even our officiant. She handled all of the hotel and travel accommodations. Everything was good to go and then covid happened. About a month out from our wedding we were forced to postpone a year. Steph was so understanding during the situation. We had all spent the previous year planning out our big day and then it was pushed back into uncertainty. She really was so reassuring and kept us calm over the next year. There were obviously some adjustments that needed to be made due to new regulations and Steph managed everything perfectly. Going back and forth with each of the vendors to adjust different timings and guest counts. She handled all of tedious communication and made sure that all we had to focus on was getting married. In the end our day was different than we originally planned but it turned out absolutely perfect and we owe it all to Steph. Her and her assistant Brittany made sure everything was perfectly smooth the day of. All of the decorations were so beautiful and she added such cute details that really tied everything together. She made sure everything was organized and went according to schedule. We truly could not have done it without Steph. She gave us a perfect day and are so grateful for everything she did for us.
