After spending a lot of time researching local wedding photographers, we came across Stefanie Kapra. After we found her photographs and loved them, I realized she had photographed the weddings of a few of my friends from college. After hearing rave reviews of Stefanie from these friends, we hired her to photograph our wedding as well as our engagement shoot. Stefanie is amazing! My husband and I loved her from the moment we met her for our engagement photos. She is honest, very hard-working, and committed to getting you the best possible photographs possible. We love that she doesn't use photoshop and uses real film for some of her photos. Her work ethic is incomparable, demonstrated by how hard she worked during our wedding. My husband and I came to think of Stefanie more as our friend than merely our wedding photographer, and this is because she is very caring, warm, and totally detail-oriented. I know she is a very busy photographer, but she always made us feel like our wedding was the only one that mattered! As soon as we came across Stefanie's website, we knew that she was the photographer we wanted at our wedding to capture our day. We were absolutely over the moon when she was able to make it work! Stefanie and Ivan were amazing on both a professional and personal level. Stefanie was always so kind when talking with me in the months and days leading up to the wedding and even helped me plan our sparkler getaway. She was organized well in advance and planned out the photos for the day, which is a huge plus on such an otherwise hectic day! Stefanie really listened to what we wanted, and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. She made sure we got photos with all of our loved ones and was able to keep everyone as organized as possible (with a huge family, this was no small feat)! Hiring Stefanie was one of the best/easiest decisions we made in the wedding planning process. I fell in love with Stefanie's photography way before we met her; she has a way to capturing a moment, that really shows the intimate personnel side of the wedding. Then once we met Stefanie in person, we knew on the spot she was the person we wanted to help capture our special day. The wedding package we selected included an engagement shoot which helped my (now) husband and I feel comfortable in front of the camera, and also let us get to know Stafanie. On the day of the wedding, both Stefanie and Ivan (her second shooter/husband) helped make sure everything was perfect. They captured all of the details of us getting ready, as well as everything through out the day. They were incredibly professional, but were also very comfortable to be with us on such a special day. The images Stefanie captured will help us remember the day for ever, and I can not thank Stefanie enough her beautiful work!
