I was so nervous picking a photographer, as it was the most important factor to me.
However, Jack and John (Jack's son) were beyond the perfect fit. They were extremely professional and amazing in every way!
Unfortunately, an unexpected event occurred in their lives, so I did not expect either of them to make it to our wedding. They showed up, and you would have never even known something traumatic happened.
I cannot say enough good things when I talk to people regarding our wedding pictures and video. I highly recommend Stateline to everyone!! They stayed all day and night with us to capture all the memorable moments. The video is incredible and allows us to relive our special day over and over again! I love all of the pictures, because they all tell a story. They have an eye for capturing moments instead of just sitting there posing the whole time.
I had numerous compliments throughout the night from guests and families on how great these two were. We loved the fact that our videos and photos were posted that night at our reception, so we could share them with everyone as we danced.
I think these two go above and beyond, and I will forever cherish this day because of their help. So thankful they were able to spend the day with us! I will forever talk highly of this company and recommend you to anyone I know looking for a photographer!

Jack and John were hands down, the best we could have imagined for our wedding! Starting with our engagement pictures, planning wedding day photo locations, the day of the wedding experience and the quality of the photos we received after the wedding both my husband and I were extremely impressed and very happy with our decision to have had them capture our magical day! They were so much more than just photographers at our wedding and we are more grateful to them then they probably realize. I remember the morning of getting my hair done in the salon. I was getting anxious and nervous of being behind schedule but Jack had amazing calmness showing on his face and voice that all was good and made me feel relaxed. Picking a photographer was one of the most important aspects of wedding planning to me as that's how we'll remember the day for years to come is by looking at the pictures. I found it frustrating that most photographers capped their hours to a certain limit and then you had to pay extra for each additional hour- I loved that Stateline photographed all day long from the morning and getting ready all the way through the reception. I also hated that most photographers gave you limited access to your photos after, like a certain number of photos- I loved that Stateline gave me ALL of my wedding pictures! It was also great to have Jack and his son capture the day. They're creative, friendly, professional, etc. I also loved the wedding picture video as well as posting pictures on a screen from the day on a projector at the reception. For the price and service, you can't beat Stateline!

So far Jack is AMAZING very responsive and helpful with amazing ideas for different photos for the day of our wedding that I personally wouldn't have thought of. Jack and his son, John, at Stateline Photography are amazing and a true pleasure to work with! They are true professionals and their photography is artwork! They go above and beyond, coming early in the morning on the wedding day and staying until the reception is over. They even shared pictures from throughout our wedding day at the reception which blew everyone away. Their pictures are high quality and truly told a story of our day. My experience with State Line Photography was amazing. Jack has great attention to detail. He worked so well with all of our other vendors that day as well. He arrived earlier than expected on the wedding day (10/6/17) and stayed later than we planned on. It calmed me to not have to rush our reception because knowing that he was there was great. He was quick to help with whatever was needed. The weather did not cooperate with us that day but Jack did not let the rain ruin our wedding photography. We had to change our ceremony from an outdoor vineyard to inside a barn one hour before the ceremony start time and he had no problem working with us to get everything set up. All of our photos are beyond amazing. The same day slideshow at our reception impressed us and our guests. Getting to see sneak peaks on Facebook the next morning was awesome as well. We felt very comfortable with him because he made us laugh and he was very professional. We definitely recommend State Line Photography!

I could easily load my WHOLE gallery of photographs, the special moments that were thoughtfully captured by Jack. There wasn't a second that I was worried about whether the special moments would be missed. He was great to work with, very thorough and clear about different shots he was going to be looking for during the ceremony and after. He coached us on how to stand, hold our hands, etc. to ensure each shot was perfect before we even got started. He interacted with each one of us and our guests, making it so easy to enjoy our moments. You will get posed shots but you will also get so many of those little moments, like the flower girl admiring her hair, or your parents sharing a loving moment. The story will be told in your photographs. Make no mistake, this is the man you want saving your day.
