Chris was so fantastic as our wedding DJ - I could not recommend him enough! We had a few phone meetings to discuss our vision and he truly brought it to life. Chris accommodated all of our requests and made helpful suggestions throughout the planning and the reception. He kept us on track all night and our guests and parents all commented on how great our DJ was! I would highly recommend booking Chris for your wedding.

Jorge with Spin did our wedding reception in September and we could not possibly be more satisfied with his performance. They sent us a link to an interactive form prior to the event whereby we could designate our must-play, can-play and don't-play lists, as well as lay out an itinerary complete with names and pronunciations, so that the event flowed seamlessly without the need to interrupt us in the mess of things. Jorge did an amazing job of reading the crowd and catering the playlist to that which our guests were positively responding. He brought great energy to the party. He was punctual, professional, and fairly priced. I would certainly recommend him and hire him again.

I am so happy we picked SPIN for our wedding reception. I always say a DJ can make or break the night and Chris delivered! The progression of music through the night was perfect and had people dancing all night. He also was very flexible with multiple set ups since we had dinner in a different room than dancing. He was great to work with and helped us through the planning process. 15/10 would recommend.

Spin (and Chris) came as a referral from two friends whose weddings were so much fun. Chris tailored our event to us and helped navigate a tricky venue with inclement weather.

Music is a huge part of our relationship so finding the right DJ was very important to us and we hit the mark with Chris. Our venue was City Winery in West Loop and we had Chris handle the music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. He was super easy to work with, very professional, and communicative throughout the entire process – even when we had to “replan” our wedding due to covid. We had specific vibes we wanted for each part of the wedding, and he completely understood and executed our vision flawlessly. We had a few must-plays that he worked in, but he knew the exact songs to play at the exact right time to keep the dance floor going strong all night. He also played the role of MC perfectly, working with our planner to keep the wedding on time and providing just the right amount of talking to enhance the event, make announcements and such, without ever stopping the flow of the evening.
