Amazing atmosphere and staff. I didn't find my engagement ring, but my Fiance said they were extremely helpful and not pushy in any way. He was able to take as much time as needed, and was able to look at each diamond under a microscope himself to look at the quality.
We also bought my wedding band here as I wanted to work with the same people, have both rings under one store insurance, and I liked being able to walk around, try things on, have fun, then call the sales rep over when we needed to speak with her and were ready to purchase.

My fiance and I recently bought my wedding band from Spence and were assisted by Mercedes who is one of the client reps there. Let me just first say SHE IS AMAZING!! I say this with caps because you never know what you are going to get in a sales person, especially when spending money on diamonds. What I most appreciated was that we were buying a ring that I knew was not marked up just because of the name (Tiffany's) but were getting the exact same quality. What I was not expecting was such a great experience of purchasing at Spence and the fun I could have and the excitement that they created for me and my fiance.

From our first visit Mercedes was totally on the ball. Girls are easily swayed by the sparkle and bling but what I appreciated...and my fiance even moreso, is how knowledgeable she was and how honest she was. Certain rings she flat out said "that does not look good with your engagement ring, let's try this style". I came in with one idea and she took it to the next level (and I don't mean cost wise) working more with my fiance than with me (again because I was just happy with the size and color and he is the one with the specifics).

Mercedes took the time after we left to think about it, to follow up with an email with the information on the ring and a picture (smart)! We conversed a few times over email and she always got back to me and importantly never made me feel pressured. It was like I was ring shopping with my girlfriend. Our last visit to purchase the ring she sat us down, gave us all the specs and information and answered all of my fiance's questions. The price was so great for the size of the diamonds in my bands and the quality of the ring in general. Mercedes really knows her stuff and is serious about getting you what you want and for a price that works for you, not for them. I could not be happier and of course my finance is happy because I am. Go to Spence and ask for Mercedes, you will not be disappointed!
