I don't even know where to begin. Tanya was amazing. Above and beyond what we could have imagined. She was responsive, kind, sweet and sometimes direct and to the point when needed. We had an out of state wedding and knew we needed someone else to take the reigns for us. She suggested amazing vendors and and made sure everything was picture perfect for us. Tanya was our “day of coordinator” but she was truly there for us from the moment we signed the contract (over 1 year!) From the planning checklist, to the budget tracker, to all the other planning resources they provide, Southern Charm Events is WORTH EVERY PENNY! Not to mention everything they do on your actual wedding day. From set up, to keeping you on track with your timeline, to wedding crisis control, they are the total package.

If you asked me, I would say that our day went smooth, perfect, without a hitch and not one thing went wrong. However, on our wedding day there was a small hiccup with one of our table cloths and an ant pile. Tanya and her team handled it so quickly, with such professionalism that I didn’t even know about it until 3 weeks after the wedding! Talk about wedding superheroes!

Tanya and her team were god-send for our wedding. Throughout the whole planning phase she provided so much support to all my questions and even several very helpful tools! For the day-of Tanya was THE MVP. Helping to make sure all of the details got attended to and making the whole day go smooth.

Hiring Tanya & Southern Charm was the best decision we could have made. We chose the "Day Of" package, but that is misleading because you have access to so many resources from day one. Between the customized wedding website, checklists, vendor resources, and the ability to send over individual questions either through email or phone calls our planning process was actually really fun! I am sad its over. Both myself and husband had so much fun the day of our wedding. Not one thing went wrong, and we didn't have to make any decisions. Tanya & team already knew exactly what we wanted which allowed us to fully enjoy the day. I think that is what hiring a planner is all about. If I could leave 100 stars I would.

Jess and Tanya with Southern Charm Events were wonderful and helped us plan an amazing wedding! We had to postpone due to the Pandemic, and they were there every step of the way to put our minds at ease and work with our other vendors to help secure a new date. They had great local suggestions for other less common vendors that you think of last minute (ice, linens, etc.) and have great relationships with a lot of the key players in Jacksonville. Jess handled everything day of and thought through every scenario for us, making sure things moved smoothly. She was professional, kind and supportive and a blessing to have at our wedding!

I hired Southern Charm Events about 60 days out from the date of my daughter's wedding. I really thought I had a handle on things and as the wedding date kept approaching, my daughter and I knew I needed some help. Tanya is amazing to work with and I can't give her and Jess enough praise for the day of the wedding. From making sure everything was going smoothly through emails and texts and the rehearsal. Tanya made herself available whenever I needed any questions asked or any changes made. Communication with Tanya was very easy and she knows her craft. Jess was phenomenal on the wedding day. I can without a doubt say that Jess made everything seem so effortless. She was a Rockstar the whole night. My daughter's day was so perfect and that is all I ever wanted for her.
