Not only did she have the best prices in the area but she had the best attitude and experience! She worked with me until I was happy with my dress despite the fact that I bought the dress elsewhere. She started off with custom work on wedding dresses then expanded to the store. If you are looking for amazing work at unbelievable prices go here. I wish I lived closer (I moved out of state) so I could take all of my tailoring to her!

Loved working with Ruby she was very helpful and other pushy at all and I got my dress way under my budget. Would definitely recommend to any bride or someone looking for a prom dress as well. I am definitely getting my Bridesmaids dresses from her as well.

We made the mistake of going here
I would never recommend this shop to anyone. It is owned and operated by a bunch of “see you next Tuesdays” if you catch my drift. The amount of gossiping and bullying by the owner and workers was outright wrong. The bride heard everything they were saying about us.
They were upset with the bride when she brought the bridal party with her to do the dress shopping. That’s what bridal parties do. They help the bride pick out their dress. We were calm and just sat their patiently, never once even looking at the other dresses without permission.
In June Christine called to make an appt to try on my bridesmaid dress they had ordered.
When I arrived to that appt, Christine forgot that I had an appointment for my bridesmaids dress fitting, which I had driven an hour and left work early for.
Upon trying on the dress it was atleast two sizes too small (which was also a big inconvenience for them even though they made me an appt and they forgot they made it). They then ACCUSED ME OF GAINING WEIGHT. I have a medical condition that keeps my weight very stable. I can’t lose or gain weight. How unprofessional and rude!!
The arms of the dress are so tight I can’t move more than my forearms. The rest won’t move and is constricting to a point where my arms are pulsating.
Another bridesmaids dress was also two sizes too small. She’ll be leaving a separate review though.
September 1st came and the wedding is October 5th 2024. I still hadn’t heard back about my dress being let out. I had to call and they said “oh yeah the seamstress is going to do that this week and call when it’s done.” Pretty nerve wrecking that close to the wedding.
I finally got a call to try the dress on again a week later, it zipped but the seam on the side was completely botched.
Yesterday I picked it up for the final fitting. The side seam still isn’t great. I can’t move my arms at all. They said the arm movement is how those dresses are supposed to be.
I’m sad I wasted close to $400 on the dress, plus my travel expenses going there and back.
I’m more sad that my best friend, the bride, is having such a hard time dealing with this experience.
She had her final dress fitting done yesterday and her wedding is next Saturday. Talk about cutting it close!!!
Please don’t give this place your business!!
