Working with Patty's team was fantastic! I never even went to another bridal shop for a dress because my initial experience here was so great. Super professional group, and the whole experience from initially finding the perfect dress, to ordering, to getting it perfectly fitted was seamless. I had to drive from Chicago and never felt like my time was wasted. Would absolutely recommend this bridal shop!

I made an appointment at Patty's Bridal, and had Kristy as a stylist. She was amazing! I found a dress that I loved, and she even let me make another appointment the following week, just to be certain that the dress I picked out was the one. She was very nice and helped me make a decision on one of the most important parts of my wedding. I went to three other salons and after trying on about 40 dresses I started feeling like I was never going to find a wedding dress. I am so glad that I found Patty's!

The staff was amazing and great! Very helpful they showed me color swatches and gave me EXACT dates for when the dresses would be expected to come in! Everyone was cheerful and happy I would recommend Patty's to anyone who is looking for a wedding gown/bridesmaids/mothers.

Patty's provided excellent service and personalized care for my daughter and her bridal party! Their selection was excellent, the fittings were very well organized, and the alterations were handled expertly and quickly! I would highly recommend them for any bride looking for her dream gown!!

I had my best bridal experience at this store! They were so friendly, and knowledgeable, and kind. They followed up after my walk-in appointment and were very excited when I booked my appointment to buy my dress. There was no rush, they were very kind to my family and bridesmaids who were with me, and let them walk around and look at whatever styles they liked. I also asked my consultant at the end of my first appointment if she had any picks after seeing what I liked, and I am ~so~ glad I did because she pulled THE ONE. They are a very intuitive staff and made it very worth wile.

These women are SO amazing at what they do. They treat you like you are the most important person in the room. There are so many dresses to choose from and they have a dress for every price range.

My experience at Patty's was my favorite vendor experience! The staff does a great job of letting you pick dresses you think you like, helping you try them on, then listening to what you do and don't like about each dress. Eileen was my stylist that picked my dress for me...it wasn't what I thought I wanted at all, but she listened to my feedback, and the moment I put it on, the tears came. Rachel was the stylist that helped me with all my fittings and did an amazing job of accessorizing me. All the accessories are very reasonably priced in my opinion and Rachel ordered several options for me specifically to choose from. Most importantly, Rachel recognized I was pulling my dress up often, so she recommended they put in a belt, and it made the dress so much more comfortable (I've never worn strapless before). Patty's does an amazing job of making you feel special...I love Patty's!

The staff at Patty's have been great! On my first visit they let us look around the store and select dresses that appealed to me. The consultant who helped me was very knowledgable and attentive. My consultant ended up showing me that the gown I was leaning toward came with cap sleeves and that we could also add a beaded belt. Once I saw my dress with these extra additions I fell in love and knew it was my dress! I would definitely recommend Patty's to any bride!

Patty's bridal made me feel very comfortable trying on and choosing a wedding dress. They did all of the alterations in house, and made sure my dress was perfect for the big day. They were fantastic to work with.
