Lovely bridal shop

Working with Patty's team was fantastic! I never even went to another bridal shop for a dress because my initial experience here was so great. Super professional group, and the whole experience from initially finding the perfect dress, to ordering, to getting it perfectly fitted was seamless. I had to drive from Chicago and never felt like my time was wasted. Would absolutely recommend this bridal shop!

I made an appointment at Patty's Bridal, and had Kristy as a stylist. She was amazing! I found a dress that I loved, and she even let me make another appointment the following week, just to be certain that the dress I picked out was the one. She was very nice and helped me make a decision on one of the most important parts of my wedding. I went to three other salons and after trying on about 40 dresses I started feeling like I was never going to find a wedding dress. I am so glad that I found Patty's!

The staff was amazing and great! Very helpful they showed me color swatches and gave me EXACT dates for when the dresses would be expected to come in! Everyone was cheerful and happy I would recommend Patty's to anyone who is looking for a wedding gown/bridesmaids/mothers.

Patty's provided excellent service and personalized care for my daughter and her bridal party! Their selection was excellent, the fittings were very well organized, and the alterations were handled expertly and quickly! I would highly recommend them for any bride looking for her dream gown!!

I had my best bridal experience at this store! They were so friendly, and knowledgeable, and kind. They followed up after my walk-in appointment and were very excited when I booked my appointment to buy my dress. There was no rush, they were very kind to my family and bridesmaids who were with me, and let them walk around and look at whatever styles they liked. I also asked my consultant at the end of my first appointment if she had any picks after seeing what I liked, and I am ~so~ glad I did because she pulled THE ONE. They are a very intuitive staff and made it very worth wile.

These women are SO amazing at what they do. They treat you like you are the most important person in the room. There are so many dresses to choose from and they have a dress for every price range.

My experience at Patty's was my favorite vendor experience! The staff does a great job of letting you pick dresses you think you like, helping you try them on, then listening to what you do and don't like about each dress. Eileen was my stylist that picked my dress for me...it wasn't what I thought I wanted at all, but she listened to my feedback, and the moment I put it on, the tears came. Rachel was the stylist that helped me with all my fittings and did an amazing job of accessorizing me. All the accessories are very reasonably priced in my opinion and Rachel ordered several options for me specifically to choose from. Most importantly, Rachel recognized I was pulling my dress up often, so she recommended they put in a belt, and it made the dress so much more comfortable (I've never worn strapless before). Patty's does an amazing job of making you feel special...I love Patty's!

The staff at Patty's have been great! On my first visit they let us look around the store and select dresses that appealed to me. The consultant who helped me was very knowledgable and attentive. My consultant ended up showing me that the gown I was leaning toward came with cap sleeves and that we could also add a beaded belt. Once I saw my dress with these extra additions I fell in love and knew it was my dress! I would definitely recommend Patty's to any bride!

Patty's bridal made me feel very comfortable trying on and choosing a wedding dress. They did all of the alterations in house, and made sure my dress was perfect for the big day. They were fantastic to work with.

I used Patty's Bridal for my gown and for the Bridesmaid's dresses. Elaine provided wonderful service from start to finish... even throughout changing my mind on the dress the day before I was to get the first one altered and ended up choosing another one. Great, friendly service!

Patty's was amazing!! We first started out going to David's Bridal. After 10 dresses there, I wanted to hurt someone. My cousin got her dress from Patty's and talked us into making the trek. It's about an hour 1 way to get there.

Once we got there, they told us to go nuts. Take any dress we wanted into the dressing room and try them all on - so different than Davids where they brought what they wanted and only 1 at a time.

We ended up with 30 dresses in the dressing room. I loved the first one I put on but was a good sport and tried on all 30. I ended up buying the very first one!

Patty's was great on the alterations and the price. I couldn't be more happy with my experience with them. Every time I find out someone is looking for a dress, I have told them to go straight to Pattys.

The lady who helped us was Kristi - look for her, she's great!!

I have so many good things to say about Patty's Bridal. The quality of service is excellent and the employees are SO personable, helpful and genuine. Very understanding and patient while actively working to help the bride and bridesmaids. Also I live about an hour from the store, and they were fantastic as far as flexibility when scheduling appointments. Between shopping, buying and fitting I have worked with 3-4 consultants, and they were all VERY nice.
Take my word for it - Patty's is a great place to shop for a dress. The service is bar none (and it's clear that going to a smaller, family-owned store beats a big franchise like Fantastic Finds ANY day).

A friend of mine had recommended Patty's to me for my wedding dress. I live in Kalamazoo and my Mom is in the Detroit area, so Quincy seemed like a nice 1/2 ish point to meet at. Quincy is this adorable, quaint town with one stop light. At the corner is Patty's Bridal. Upon entering we were warmly greeted and met with my consultant Kathy. Kathy was so wonderful to work with and listened to my thoughts and ideas. After trying on a number of dresses that weren't "the one", she knew exactly which one to get. After I put it on, I knew it was "the one"! We all started crying- Kathy was even emotional alongside with us and gave me the biggest hug. I could tell that she truly cared and was so happy for me. Patty the owner was even there and took the time to come over and see me! Patty's did an amazing job altering my dress and even held on to it until it was ready to be picked up at my last fitting. Everyone was always so sweet and great to work with. My dress was so incredible and perfect, I had so many compliments! Patty's Bridal is a gem in this tiny town- I can't say enough of what an incredible experience it was!

Pattty's is awesome!! I wasn't sure what type of dress I wanted so Patty's gave me a room and let me and my family walk around the store and try on any dress I wanted. I think I tried on a total of 30 dresses! Once I found a style I wanted, the consultant was awesome at finding very similar dresses and listening to what I wanted.
They were flexible with all my appointments and all very sweet!

I Loved Patty's!! Two of my friends bought their dress there and I just had to look for myself!! They have SO many to choose from it was a little difficult, but when I found a dress at a different store that I liked and Patty’s also carried it and their price was $200 Less, I knew it was the One! All the Ladies there are very nice and treat you and your whole party so nicely! When I went for my final fitting and to take my dress home, the bustle was way too long, so they re-measured and fixed it within 15-20 minutes and I was So Happy. The dress was so unbelievably comfortable that at the end of my wedding day, I didn't want to take it off! Thank you Patty's, you guys are the best!! So, alterations are not included in the cost of Bridal gowns anymore, but I think their prices are very reasonable, and have gone down since they stopped the free alterations. My dress was $600 (my friends were around $900-$1000 when they included alterations) and alterations were only $80! (That was for taking it in on the sides with beads because of my small boobs and the front hem work) I was Very Pleased!

Patty's was great to work with. They have a great selection of dresses, and price range. They also did all of the alterations which turned out great. My mom also purchased her dress from Patty's and was very happy with their service and alterations done with her dress as well.

I am so happy to have the chance to review Patty's Apparel and Bridal to share my experience with other brides. I am not one who thought I would find THE DRESS and was perfectly fine with having a lovely wedding dress that I liked. I went to four different stores in Toledo and the surrounding area early on and found a couple of possibilities but nothing seemed great, they were nice, just nothing to write home about, I thought I would pick one and be ok with it. A neighbor mentioned several of her family members had made the trip to Quincy to go to Patty's and they were always happy with the experience. It was about five months prior to the wedding so with nothing to loose I made an appointment and drove out with my mom on a Saturday morning. It took about 1.25 hours door to door, mostly on turnpikes or highways which made the drive easy. It was absolutely worth the drive! They have a selection of dresses that is unmatched in the Toledo area, both price, quantity and quality wise. I tried on close to a dozen dresses, and the sales person I was assigned, Kristi, was very helpful and didn't mind that we took our time. Of the dresses I tried one stood out, but I still wasn't sure. We took lots of photos of them all and went home so I could think on it. By Monday morning I had decided I actually found THE DRESS and we booked an appointment to go back the following Saturday. I tried the dress one more time and bought it off the rack. It needed some very minor alterations and I was able to book Saturday appointments to have the fittings done. The staff was great, from the person answering the phone, the sales ladies, the seamstresses and assistants were all there to help and provide a pleasant experience. Patty herself is also roaming the shop, happy to help in whatever way possible. I purchased a veil in Toledo and took it to a fitting thinking it would be perfect, and it turned out to just not be right for my dress. Patty happened by the fitting room and we explained that the veil just didn't work. She went into her stock that hadn't made it to the floor yet and pulled a perfect veil for my dress! She even followed up at the next fitting to make sure I still liked it and was happy with the dress and service. She offered spot on advice about the veil placement, I thought it would be best high on my head and she wanted to try it just a bit back and it looked perfect. By that point I realized she was a pro and I should take all the tips she offered. How often do you meet and work with the namesake of a store/company these days? I never even thought to look at other dresses after I found the one at Patty's and I felt amazing wearing that dress on my wedding day. I received lots of compliments on the dress and many ladies thought I went to Chicago or New York for it. I would very highly recommend Patty's!

I would recommend anyone to go to Patty's. They were so friendly and so willing to help. They taught my bridesmaids how to bustle my dress and lace the corset closure. I even received a $10 off coupon for gown preservation. They don't charge for alterations if you spend over $450 on your gown. GREAT salon!

Patty's Bridal has an excellent selection of dresses! The women in the store were so helpful every time I came in. I was wedding planning from out of state and they were extremely flexible to my schedule. I was so pleased with my dress it looked amazing!

I am so happy I went to Patty's to find my bridal gown. Everyone there was incredibly helpful. I am from out of town, and when it came time, they were even able to alter my dress while I waited so I wouldn't have to make even more trips there. I ended up buying the first dress I tried on. They are wonderful to work with.

I loved my dress and the bridesmaid dresses. Everyone commented on how pretty the dresses were. Patty's took care of some major size issues with one of my bridesmaids who was from Ontario, Canada. My dress was the perfect price too! Great selection as well.

Patty's staff was incredibly helpful in my dress selection. In addition, I paid far less than my friends who purchased their dresses from chain stores. My alterations were all included in the purchase price.

I found my perfect dress here. All of the staff was very easy to work with and with a wedding dress all of your alterations are included which is amazing. My dress was reasonably priced also. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

From the very first visit to the last when I picked up my dress, I was very impressed with Patty's. When I went to pick out my dress, I showed Charity a few photos of dresses that I liked. She went to pull some dresses while we did the same. After trying on around 10-12 dresses, I kept going back to the very first one she picked for me. Spot on! :)

I have heard nothing but good comments from people who went to Patty's bridal so I decided to check it out. They had such a big selection of dresses, I was amazed! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Anytime I called with questions they had plenty of time to help me out. I found my dress after trying on only two dresses from their store and it was a dress that one of the staff picked out for me to try on. I didn't think I would like it but she just told me to try it on because it looked different on a body. I liked that they really tried to make you look your absolute best. They helped me find dresses that would compliment my body type. I had a really good experience with Patty's.

My dress was kind of expensive, but SO worth it!!! Their dresses are beautiful, and the staff is amazing. The dress' prices do include ALL alterations, so that is a bonus. They are well worth the drive!!

I really liked everyone at Patty's and was very happy with the service. The hours are a little difficult to schedule fittings, and a few times we were upset with people at the desk when we first arrived. However, I loved my dress and they did such a good job helping me with my veil and getting my fittings scheduled near the day of the wedding, and the shop is so unique with gorgeous dresses!

Patty's offered a great experience in finding/buying my wedding dress. The girls that worked at the shop greeted me by name every time I would go in for a fitting. It was a homey feeling yet everyone there had great expertise in wedding gowns. The price of the dress had no hidden fees or costs that most other national stores might incur. I also liked the fact that the woman who fitted me was the actual seamstress who would make my dress fit me perfectly, instead of someone pinning the dress and sending it out to a stranger who has never seen me in the dress before. This is by far an amazing place to go with a lot of styles to chose from that are made one of a kind for you!

Patty's is just a fabulous place to shop! I would only recommend visiting the store at a slow time, when they are busy it is really hard to get what you need or be helped by the staff, often times you will sit an wait in the show room or in your dressing room before they are able to get to you. Overall, a great store with great merchandise and helpful staff who want to make your experience the best possible.

Although I did not purchase my wedding dress from Patty's, we did get all the Bridesmaid's dresses. They turned our fantastic!!! The staff was very helpful, and the shop offered free alterations with purchase! Definitely would recommend going here again!

I found my wonderful wedding dress at Patty's, the people were very nice and friendly and I wouldnt recommend any where else for personal service. They were attentive and professional!

I absolutely loved my dress from Patty's my family has gone to this shop for years for both prom and wedding dresses. My dress came in before it was expected and they stored my dress until the week of my wedding so there was no worrying about it getting dirty or anything. I only needed minor alterations so those went very smoothly.

Overall, Patty's did a great job with my wedding. I only have one complaint. I am only 5', I made it very clear to the seamstress that I did not want to wear heals of any nature with my dress. The dress that I chose had beading fairly close to the bottom, so when I talked to the seamstress, we discussed whether or not I should order a petite. I was advised not to since it cost extra to get a petite and alterations are free, even after reminding her that I didn't want to wear heals, she said it wouldn't be a problem. Long story short, I had to wear heals in order to keep all the beading on my dress. My advice, if in doubt, pay the extra $50 and don't sweat it!

On a positive note, there was a mix up as to what day my final fitting was, I said (and came on) Monday and they had me on the books for Tuesday. I drove 2 hours one way, and knowing that, they squeezed me in and finished my alterations and did my final fitting and pressing that day while we waited. It took longer than I had originally expected, but was worth avoiding a four hour round trip later in the week! Also, alterations are included in dress prices, a major plus!!!

Patty's Apparel is always willing to be flexible with my schedule, me being an out of town bride. Whenever I have an appointment they are always so helpful, kind, and make me feel at home. I enjoy my interactions with all of the staff, and I appreciate their input with what will look best on me. The seamstress I worked with was also an amazing asset, and so nice. I know my dress will look amazing.

I was surprised that Patty's had such a great selection. I called ahead for my appointment and told them what type of wedding dress I was looking for and they pulled a selection for me to start with ahead of time. Some of my bridemaids live out of town and only came back once for the bridal shower. We went then for their fitting, their measurements were spot on. Their dresses fit great with only 1 fitting. They always called or emailed me back within a timely matter. I was happy I used patty's.

The service was not great. The woman helping me had to keep asking other people things about my dress, and she would not even help me pick a slip! All in all, a good experience. Better than David's Bridal, that's for sure!

Large selection! Store assistants are a little old-fashioned, but not pushy. Prices include any alterations that might be needed, which saves $$$! Store also carries a decent selection of bridal party attire.

Got bridesmaid dresses from this vendor. The first lady we worked with was very helpful with color choices and dress selection...we were working on a short timeline so we only had limited options.
However, the second time we visited the vendor we worked with a different lady who was not pleasant to be around. She was in charge of taking our girl's measurements....every single dress we ordered was too big by at least an entire dress size.
Overall was happy with the dress style and color, but would not do business with that particular lady ever again.

Patty's was very helpful when I was trying on dresses. The staff was prompt and happy to offer suggestions as to what veil and jewelry would look nice with my dress. Once the sale was made the level of customer service dropped off a bit. Overall, Patty's has a wide selection and the staff are friendly.

I LOVE my dress, and I think it was worth every penny. That said, the ladies at Patty's can tend to be on the rude, impatient side. If you don't have an appointment, don't expect to be treated well (even though appointments are not required...oh well). They do free alterations, which is great, but when you come in for your appointments, they are kind of rushed and seem bothered by you being there. That's just how I felt.

They did an okay job. All the girls' dresses were sized wrong and their shoes were supposed to be toffee and came out pink. They also lost my jewelery. They were just "ok"

I had an all-around bad experience with Patty's from the start. Every step of getting my bridesmaids dresses was a mess. To begin with, I have two bridesmaids who are pregnant (and will be at the wedding). When I went with them to get fitted, it was as if they had NEVER dealt with a pregnant bridesmaid/bride before. There were 3 of them measuring numerous times, and consulting with eachother on what size to order. My girls and I finally told them to just order a bigger size, and they can get them taken in as needed. Seems logical, right? It is much easier to take a dress IN than to let it out. Even I know that, and I'm not a "bridal consultant". But whatever, no big deal. So when it came time to order the dresses, it was about 8 weeks before the wedding and my last two girls were getting ready to pay their deposits. The lady at Patty's proceeds to tell me that it is too late, and they cannot get them on time unless they rush them. Mind you, I had been in there FOUR different times... and each time they had my card out with my wedding date on it. Not ONE time did they give me a timeline or a date by which they had to be ordered. Come on, I have never done this before... and had no clue it would take TWELVE weeks to get them in. Very irritating. So the dresses came in... A week later, my maid of honor and I went there to pick up her dress... Guess what? They don't have it. They have all the other ones. They tried putting the blame on the company they ordered them from... But had they CHECKED when the dresses came in, to make sure they were all there, we could have figured that out a week ago! So, here I am... 3 weeks before my wedding, and my maid of honor has NO DRESS. They tell me they can overnight it and it will be here on time... But frankly, I don't trust them. I can honestly say, once all of this is said and done, I will never take my business to Patty's again. They are very unprofessional and unorganized.
