Hiring Snap was the best decision we could have made! We went back and forth about having a full time wedding planner and after meeting with Kate from Glint, we ultimately decided we just needed someone to help figure out the last minute details and tie up loose ends. Amelia was fantastic. She hopped right in a month out from the big day and didn't skip a beat. She was knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect -- and it was! We couldn't have done it without her and are so thankful we found Snap! I highly recommend them to anyone!

We worked with Nicole and she was AMAZING. Very professional, organized and calm which is exactly what we needed! She was always available to consult about the wedding and offered valuable feedback based on her experience planning weddings. Snap was easy to work with and reasonably priced...and when I needed a Red Bull halfway through the reception I don't know how but somehow they found one for me :)

We started by speaking to Kate and Anna from Glint Events, which owns Snap Event Co. They gave us great advice on what we really needed for our wedding, and we ended up booking with Snap as the best fit. We have yet to meet our coordinator (wedding isn't until next year), but the overall experience we had with Kate and Anna really impacted our decision and made it feel like they were both really invested, excited and knowledgeable. The coordinator was very responsive and communicated professionally, but that all really didn’t matter when it came down to making our lives less stressful. The sticking point was our floor plan and the lack of spatial awareness. It was very challenging and took many emails and calls to get to the floor plan we wanted, when we were upfront about it to start. Even after all of the back and forth, it was still incorrect when we showed up for rehearsal and my now husband and his groomsman showed up at the venue at 9am on our wedding day to make it right. Even still, the tables (set up after they left) were so far off from where they were supposed to be that I had bridesmaids helping me move them during the reception. They were supposed to line the dance floor, but instead they were very about 40 ft apart. The coordinator didn’t seem to know the correct size dance floor for a wedding our size (135 people). Instead it was a dance floor for a 300 person wedding. She also wore blue jeans to our black tie wedding. Our coordinator was very nice and it’s likely her strength is in organization and communicating with vendors. I imagine that if I had gotten married in a smaller space, we wouldn’t have faced these challenges.
