We started in the wedding industry over 20 years ago and now have staff that is among the most talented and with 75 years of experience combined, one of the best in the business. Our focus is not only the design aspect of your event but on everything we can do to fulfill your vision. We are a team of notaries, photographers, designers, floral designers, and rental vendors who are completely focused and dedicated on your event.
The packages we create are for intimate weddings, elopements, civil ceremonies, commitment ceremonies, and vow renewal to name a few. 10/10 Wedding Planning Team
On the day, I didn't have to worry about a thing because they had everything taken care of! I knew exactly where to be and when, and the ceremony space they recommended at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden was perfect. I actually had a different space in mind, but they showed me reference photos from previous events and Melissa could tell after just a few conversations with me that she could recommend a better spot on the property to capture my vision, and she was absolutely right.
Our friends and family all commented on how pleasant the team was on our wedding day, and everyone absolutely loved the ceremony we had. There wasn't a dry eye after Melissa ran through her script (which she gave us ample time to review and make any adjustments - but we really had none!). The team was warm, welcoming and made sure we knew exactly what was going to happen each step of the way.
The photographer they brought in, Ozzy, was also incredible. He knew all the best spots at our venue to take photos and was extremely flexible based on lighting, what was in bloom at the time, and based on our preferences.
THANK YOU to the SMW team, they were all a dream to work with and I cannot recommend their services enough!

Wedding of my dreams
They were excellent with contacting me going over request etc and it was a magical day in my life. Melissa and Gen did an excellent job keeping us informed and finding the perfect location on Crandon Beach.
I wish that time could stand still as it was a dream come true for a beach wedding with a small group of people.
I forgot the photographers name (my bad) but he really captured many special moments and did an excellent job!
Also hairdresser was fantastic, I would definitely recommend her hair and makeup. Held up all night!!

The Perfect day
Before the wedding they sent through a whole load of information relating to the local area with food and drink recommendations which was extremely helpful not just for the wedding but for our stay in Miami as a whole.
Onto the actual ceremony, we had 6 guests who were all very complimentary about the wedding and specifically mentioned how great Melissa was who officiated our ceremony.
Ozzie the photographer also extremely good! Made us all feel very comfortable and didn’t force you into unnatural awkward poses like most wedding photographers. Overall could not recommend SmallMiamiWeddings enough for anyone looking for a small, stress free ceremony.
