Alyssa is an incredible wedding planner. My husband & I had a Nigerian wedding ceremony + a Western wedding ceremony in the same weekend. This was a lot to manage logistically with two different vendors, different sets of vendors, etc. She was so on top of everything, told us what we needed to do throughout the process, and was so available to chat with us at any time. Would absolutely recommend Alyssa to any couple!

Alyssa Sharpe is an incredible professional: knowledgeable, hard working, and always “can do.” Alyssa helped me with all of the details in the lead up to the wedding as well as the various “day of” event coordination. No problem is too large for her to solve. To say that she was a lifesaver is an understatement! Alyssa is the consummate expert: organized, detail oriented, efficient, and an absolutely lovely human. I would recommend Alyssa 150%!

I had the pleasure of having Alyssa as my wedding planner on June 11th. There isn’t any other word to describe Alyssa than AMAZING! She was always just a text away throughout the entire planning process and it truly felt like I was just planning with one of my friends. She is so friendly and I could tell quickly she was going to work endlessly to make my wedding the best it could be! I didn’t get to meet Alyssa until the day of my wedding, but it honestly felt like I was just running into a friend. She made my wedding day go so smoothly and if there were any issues I would have had no idea as she handled everything and anything throughout the day. I truly can call Alyssa a friend now. She loves what she does and you can tell in the way she will manage your special day ❤️

I truly could not have asked for a smarter, kinder, more organized, or more flexible wedding planner than Alyssa — she swooped in to save the day for us when unforeseen circumstances caused an issue on our wedding day, and we can’t thank her enough. On top of being a lovely person in general, she was a DREAM to work with from start to finish — she has such an eye for detail, and she kept me calm from the beginning of the day until the very last hour. I had total faith in her, and yet she STILL blew me away. She’s amazing!

Really doesn’t get better than Alyssa! I’ve been a bridesmaid 14 times and most recently I was in a dear friend’s wedding as the officiant. Alyssa was so on top of everything and made everyone including the bride so calm and comfortable. She went way beyond her duties even reaching out to me directly before the wedding and helping me with all my questions and needs (it was my first time officiating). I’ve never seen a wedding come together so perfectly and that was in large part thanks to Alyssa’s meticulous planning and organization!! HIGHLY recommend!

Alyssa was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. I was someone who hadn't thought much about my wedding day itself prior to getting engaged. Throughout the planning process she was so attentive, always available and had answers/ solutions/ vendor options whenever I needed them. As the bride, I was pulled in 500 different directions and it was such a relief and am so thankful to have had her there looking out for me on my wedding day. I cannot more highly recommend Sharpe Event Planning! She is simply the best!

I hired Alyssa and her bridal attendant Amanda for a month of wedding package and I couldn’t be more pleased. I had planned just about the entire wedding, but at the 11th hour, Alyssa was there to help put out some major fires and rectify them while keeping me calm, giving me enough information that I needed but not overwhelm me with too much. She helped me organize all of the last minute details. I thought I was extremely organized but she added things I would never think of in my life!! She confirmed and reconfirmed vendors, and was the go to person on the day of the wedding, seamlessly working hand in hand with the venue’s on site wedding coordinator. Her bridal attendant was also spot on, attending to my every need, the morning of the wedding.

Alyssa is fantastic at what she does and I would recommend her in a heartbeat. This was the best decision I made!

Despite having to plan for two weddings within one month of each other, Alyssa gave her full attention to both of them and was there every step of the way. She knew exactly which vendors could fulfill those needs and never made you feel pressured into making a decision. As we met with each vendor, you could tell they all have great respect for Alyssa and enjoy working with her. She customized both weddings to deliver upon each couple’s specific requests and executed every aspect to perfection. Alyssa was overly responsive from start to finish and provided the enjoyable, stress-free planning experience every engaged couple hopes for. She is a kind and caring person with a strong work ethic. So thankful for Alyssa! We had a horrible experience with our prior wedding planner and ended up parting ways. Luckily, Alyssa came in to save the day (and wedding). She read through all of our vendor contracts and made edits to ensure they were in our best interests. Also, she knows the best vendors, was readily available to answer all of our questions, and was a calming presence throughout the entire planning process. Cannot thank her enough for all of her work! Hire her - you will not regret it!!
