I am so happy and grateful that I went to Shallow Jewelers for my engagement ring.

I came in 6 days before I needed the ring, with a loose diamond I bought online. My diamond was clearly bad when seen next to other similar stones. Dean sorted it out and made my (and her) dreams ring in 6 days for only slightly more than the very cheap online diamond that was very flawed. Better yet, my quote from Kesslers for a ring that was 20% smaller than the one I got from Shallows was $2k more! So I saved $2k and got a
much bigger diamond (both were natural, not lab created). The ring looked stunning, she said Yes, and now we both  can't stop staring and she can't believe how big and beautiful it is.

We can’t say enough great things about Shallow Jewelers, and especially Dean Shallow. He was wonderful to work with from the beginning. We knew we wanted an engagement ring that was a bit unique – and he helped us design the perfect ring. Even though he was well aware that we weren’t going to spend a fortune, he was patient, kind, and helpful throughout the process. We visited about a dozen jewelers trying to find the perfect engagement ring, and none were willing to work on a custom design given our budget. But Dean was fabulous.
