My husband selected Chalmer's Jewelers for my engagement ring and our wedding rings because they are a local jewelry, rather than a chain. Sara worked with my husband in designing my engagement ring and wedding bands. She spent much time explaining the significant details of selecting diamonds as well as in designing in beautiful ring. My ring is absolutely stunning. In addition, Sara and all the staff were friendly and welcoming every time we visited the store. I would recommend Chalmer's Jewelers.

I searched every store in Madison looking for a wedding band. I was so relieved to find Chalmers. I have a yellow gold ring, and because it's not hugely popular right now, it's hard to find a good choice of bands in all different price ranges. I found the perfect band for my engagement ring, there were also several other bands that would have looked great that I hadn't found at other stores. Everyone was friendly, honest and the best of all, they are not pushy in the slightest.

We are beyond words happy with Chalmers! From the second we walked in it wasn't the pushy sales we had gotten from the other vendors we went to. It was okay what is your budget, what is the cut you want. It was laid back but HELPFUL. I can't stop staring at my ring and I will always refer Chalmer's to anyone I know. A True Class Act Business!
I don’t often write reviews but Chalmer’s Jewelers is the type of business that I feel people should know about. Sadly so, good customer service has become something of “lost art” so I want to give credit, where credit is due! My husband and I went to Chalmer’s back in 2016 to find my perfect engagement ring and did just that with the excellent help from Grant Vitense. After almost a year, I needed to make a change to the band for comfort reasons. I went back into Chalmer’s and with the outstanding help from Bryan Cook and their on site design team, we came up with the perfect solution! I love my ring now more than ever! Everyone there is so friendly and truly is looking out for your best interest!

Amazing custom work. If you are going to go custom, and are looking for the highest quality and service, Chalmer's is the only place you should stop. Sue and Sara were amazing to work with - professional and had true command of their craft. A pleasure to do business with, highly recommended.
