Beyond our dreams!

Troy never does anything small or cheap. when we first started talking about rings, he immediately said, we're going to Chalmers. He trusts them and knows they do excellent work. we walked in on a Saturday morning and met Devin. She listened to what we had in mind, showed us some examples and started walking us through the process. The knowledge she has incredible! Our next appointment was with Garrett. He was so patient. He listened and helped bring our imagination to life. He is amazing as well and the family makes an incredible team! We picked the ring up yesterday and it's beyond our expectations. We're both absolutely in love with it and couldn't be happier. Everyone in the store was so nice and helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend Chalmers. We won't go anywhere else.

I'll love my ring forever!

Garrett and the team did an amazing job with our rings! My husband mentioned when we were dating that he was going to propose with a fake ring, and we would go to the shop to pick something out. That wonderful man chatted with my sister and friends to figure out what I wanted (because I have told them and they have asked in the past), and proposed with the most beautiful ring!

I lost a gem a few weeks into having it, but they replaced in a second thanks to insurance. I also got it resized. They answered every question I had about caring for my ring.

My husband and I went in before the wedding to get him his ring. It was a fantastic experience. He had no clue what he wanted, but they helped us figure it all out! He is still getting used to jewelry, but it looks wonderful!

Wonderful Experience - Stunning Jewelry

Highest quality rings and genuine staff who want to help you find the right fit. They create a welcoming, non-intimidating environment for everyone. My engagement ring and band are absolutely gorgeous and they replated/cleaned them before the wedding to add extra shine.

Beautiful jewelry and amazing staff!

The jewelry that we purchased from Chalmer's is absolutely amazing and so gorgeous! My husband bought my engagement ring from them and had such a great experience that we returned to buy our wedding bands there. The staff is so helpful - they take into account your budget and suggest items for you but are not pushy or aggressive at all. They truly just want you to be happy!

A True Class Act Business!
I don’t often write reviews but Chalmer’s Jewelers is the type of business that I feel people should know about. Sadly so, good customer service has become something of “lost art” so I want to give credit, where credit is due! My husband and I went to Chalmer’s back in 2016 to find my perfect engagement ring and did just that with the excellent help from Grant Vitense. After almost a year, I needed to make a change to the band for comfort reasons. I went back into Chalmer’s and with the outstanding help from Bryan Cook and their on site design team, we came up with the perfect solution! I love my ring now more than ever! Everyone there is so friendly and truly is looking out for your best interest!

Chalmers is outstanding! Grant, Bryan and Deanna are wonderful. They have repeatedly gone above and beyond to take care of my gorgeous jewelry and are never pushy, which is very refreshing. They are also incredibly responsive anytime I have a question or need assistance. I would recommend Chalmers to anyone without hesitation.

We customized my engagement band. I told my fiance what I liked there of various rings, and they put together the perfect ring for me. I was looking at wedding bands the other day and they have a wide range of prices available that would match my engagement ring.

My fiance had my engagement ring designed by Chalmers and it is perfect! He wrote up specs and they paid attention to every detail and made it my dream ring. We went back to have the wedding band designed to fit and it was done quickly and exactly how we wanted it. Brian "The Tie Guy" handled most of the up front interactions, along with the owners son who designed the ring. We felt super welcome, they shared our excitement and were always happy to work with us. Couldn't have better things to say about the service and the rings!

Me and my wife went into Chalmers and were greeted immediately. Their customer service was outstanding and they even had the custom jewelry designer come out to speak with us to understand exactly what it was we wanted. They went above and beyond and we will never go anywhere else!

Me and my fiance went to Chalmer's for our wedding bands and they not only were able to do exactly what we wanted, they turned out better than we ever could've imagined! They really took the time to listen to us and make sure we got exactly what we wanted. They made life long customers out of us and we will never go anywhere else.

They make you feel like family at Chalmer's and it doesn't hurt that they have the most beautiful jewelry in town! I always go to Chalmer's for any jewelry I need for every occasion! I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for amazing service and stunning one of a kind pieces!

We are beyond words happy with Chalmers! From the second we walked in it wasn't the pushy sales we had gotten from the other vendors we went to. It was okay what is your budget, what is the cut you want. It was laid back but HELPFUL. I can't stop staring at my ring and I will always refer Chalmer's to anyone I know. Their warranty is amazing, their staff is amazing, I am just so happy!

Chalmers is wonderful. We went to several jewelry places, and Chalmers is the only one that has people who really KNOW jewelry. Everywhere else only had people who wanted to sell you something, and didn't really know much about what they were selling. Chalmers is the real deal. They do tons of custom work and can make you basically anything you want, without paying more for it. I felt all the salespeople were genuine. My fiance got my engagement ring there and we will also purchase our wedding bands there. I would use Chalmers for any and all jewelry needs!

My now fiance and I went to Chalmer's just to glance at rings to get an idea. I kept going back and forth with the idea of him picking it out or me picking it out. I wanted it to be a surprise but I just kept showing him so many ideas and options that he suggested we go in and look. Of course, I found one I loved right away and started talking with a consultant and she was so great with helping us customize the ring. Everyone there was amazing and so helpful. Of course, I was only able to have a say in what the ring looked like and then I was out of the loop but they were so helpful, flexible and efficient.

My husband bought me a new ring for our 25th Anniversary. They were able to help us customize my ring along with incorporating my original stone into my new ring. Everyone we worked with was extremely friendly and helpful. The quality and price were a great value. We would recommend if you are looking for great quality and a personalized experience to check them out. The turnaround time from start to finish was very quick.

I didn't want to pick out engagement rings with my (now) fiance because I wanted it to be a complete surprise. So when we went shopping for wedding rings, this was my first experience ring shopping and my first experience with Chalmers. When it came time for us to choose wedding rings, it was a no-brainer where we'd turn as we both grew up in Middleton. Not only was the experience seamless, it was fun. We walked away satisfied that we picked the perfect rings, all while staying in our budget. I highly recommend Chalmers without hesitation and consider them a best-in-class jeweler.

My husband selected Chalmer's Jewelers for my engagement ring and our wedding rings because they are a local jewelry, rather than a chain. Sara worked with my husband in designing my engagement ring and wedding bands. She spent much time explaining the significant details of selecting diamonds as well as in designing in beautiful ring. My ring is absolutely stunning. In addition, Sara and all the staff were friendly and welcoming every time we visited the store. I would recommend Chalmer's Jewelers.

Amazing custom work. If you are going to go custom, and are looking for the highest quality and service, Chalmer's is the only place you should stop. Sue and Sara were amazing to work with - professional and had true command of their craft. A pleasure to do business with, highly recommended.

I searched every store in Madison looking for a wedding band. I was so relieved to find Chalmers. I have a yellow gold ring, and because it's not hugely popular right now, it's hard to find a good choice of bands in all different price ranges. I found the perfect band for my engagement ring, there were also several other bands that would have looked great that I hadn't found at other stores. Everyone was friendly, honest and the best of all, they are not pushy in the slightest.

My (now) husband bought my engagement ring at Chalmers and they did an excellent job. He already had the diamond and they custom-made a setting which is beautiful. We also bought our wedding rings there and they are also great. The service was also excellent, they did a free resizing for my engagement ring and the week of the wedding they rhodium plated my engagement ring so it matched my wedding ring again for free. My only complaint was that it was occasionally hard to reach them by phone but over all they did a great job.

My fiance and I are very pleased with the service we have received from Chalmers. My fiance got my ring at Chalmers and they helped them custom design the perfect ring for me! He also got his wedding ring from there and we are planning on finding my wedding band there too yet! They are so friendly and helpful every time we have gone in there. My husband bought my engagement ring here so we they went back to get our wedding bands here as well. He had done a custom design ring for my engagement ring (so cool :)). Because of the shape of it, we then had to do a custom wedding band as well. (A normal straight band would not have fit against the curve of the engagement ring). This raised the price but I think it was well worth it. I love my ring! In the custom design process they even make a 3D mold of the ring for you to try on prior to making the actual ring. They also designed an anniversary band for us, so when the time comes (I say 1 year-husband says 10!) we can go in and the design will be there in our file, ready to be made. The only issue we had was the box the engagement ring came in. Apparently, the box cover pushed the ring down in the box when you put the cover on so you could barely se the ring. My husband was apparently very concerned about this because he of course wanted everything to be perfect for the proposal. He said he had to pull the ring up out of the box after he opened it. I clearly did not notice, as he was proposing! He mentioned it to them when we went to buy our wedding rings and they said they had a bad batch of boxes and the issue has since been fixed.

We got our wedding bands from Chalmer's Jewlers. Travis was very helpful and helped us both get custom rings that we love. The price on the bride's wedding band was a little high considering what we paid for the engagement ring, but both rings are beautiful and of good quality. They were very accommodating in shipping our rings to our home out of state.

Very friendly and helpful staff; we found the perfect ring to go with a hard to match engagement ring, and we were able to order my husband's ring from a catalog- we were nervous at first but it was exactly what we were looking for.

We went to Chalmer's for my husband's wedding band and were happy with the service. They had a bit more to choose from for men's wedding bands than some of the other jewelry shops in town did. The staff there was very friendly and was able to get us what we needed in the time frame that we needed it in.
