I went to Rogers and Hollands at the Brookfield Square mall for my engagement ring but ever since my fiancé proposed all Rogers and Hollands stores have provided fantastic service. When I went to look at rings with my friend the sales representatives were very nice and listened to what I was looking for and only showed me the designs I was interested in. I went to a couple other jewelry stores and didn't receive half as good service as I did at Rogers and Hollands. They would show me rings that I wasn't interested in (ex: square vs round) and admitted to not listening to me! In the end, I went back to Rogers and Hollands and told my fiancé which ring I loved most and that was the one he purchased! I will be going back for my wedding band, without a doubt!

I love Rogers and Hollands. They have been great very helpful and terrific. I use only them.

They did a very good job with helping us pick out something to fit our styles and our price range. They even got our rings resized and back to us in a week! Every other place would have made us wait at least 2 weeks. Since we got the rings 2 weeks before the wedding it was great to find a place so easy to work with.

My engagement ring was originally platinum and two replacement bands later we decided to go with white hold. I would HIGHLY recommend not buying a platinum band from them. Since then they have been great with servicing both of my rings.

This was your run-of-the-mill used car lot... We really just got our bands and got out of there. Actually, we just got my band. Their Men's band are CRAZY over priced, so we bought his online. I would really recommend just buying it all online. With review as prevalent as they are, there's no need to pay these retail store prices anymore!

I wouldn't recommend this jeweler to anyone. I have had my engagement ring for a year and a half now and have had a diamond fall out 6 times. Each time I am promised a due back date and it's never back on time. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service. a ring that costs $5,000+ shouldn't be falling apart like this. And they still have not come up with a resolution or a way to compensate for the hassle I have had to deal with

I was really disappointment when my husbands engagement ring (simple band with three small stones) has a diamond fall out of it the week of our wedding. We took it to Rogers and Hollands, where we got it, to get it fixed. They said they couldn't possibly have it fixed by our wedding in 5 days. Even more so, that now jeweler could possibly fix it. We took it directly to the next jeweler across the aisle and had it fixed, but have decided Rogers and Hollands is not the place to go at all!!
