Kellie and her team are AMAZING! I am not over-exaggerating when I say that hiring Kellie and Rustic Elegance was the BEST decision my husband and I made when planning our wedding. Kellie is the ultimate hype-woman and will help think of the details and questions that otherwise would have been forgotten or looked over. She helps guide the wedding planning process from start to finish and was so helpful when we were feeling lost about certain vendors/decisions along the way.

We also added on the clean up package, which was SO worth it. Both my husband and I have been in weddings where the expectation is that the family members stay and clean everything up at the end of the night. Needless to say, our families were thrilled to be free of this obligation and Kellie did a phenomenal job making sure all our decorations got packed up and even loaded our trailer for us, so we could dance the night away and not worry about a thing.

A family friend or relative CANNOT replace the professionalism, attention to detail, and wealth of knowledge that Kellie has. I would recommend Kellie and Rustic Elegance to every bride I know, she really is that good!

Rustic Elegance was an amazing partner when planning a wedding. Once we started working with RE it was easy to see what the priority items were that needed our attention. Additionally, it was really helpful to have someone pointing out to us all the details to consider for the big day. I would add that I was surprised at the tools they provided to help organize us throughout the process. When the day finally arrived, we could all relax because they were on top of every detail and managing all the details with other vendors. I would definitely highly recommend Rustic Elegance!!

I'm so glad we decided to hire RE! It took away so much stress and uncertainty with the whole planning process. I started out planning on my own and then decided that I was in over my head. After my first meeting with Kellie, I felt so much relief. They did an amazing job ensuring every little detail was planned and ran smoothly. I highly recommend!

I have NO WORDS - Kellie and her assistant were OUTSTANDING! Kellie met with us multiple times during the planning process and was readily available by email whenever we had questions come up. Our wedding day was so stress free - all we had to worry about was eating, getting ready and spending time with our people. The placement of many decor items I left up to the discretion of Kellie and it all turned out so much better than anything I could've imagined! She took so many behind the scenes pictures for us to have while we wait for our photographer to send their product. I am SO, SO, SO, glad that we had Kellie on our team!! When I first got engaged I had the mindset of being a DIY bride and planning everything myself to cut costs - so when my mom suggested hiring a day of coordinator I was a bit hesitant. To say how wrong I was to be on the fence would be an understatement! I cannot imagine my day going as smoothly and calming for me without the incredible teamwork of Rustic Elegance. From the very first appointment to the day of, they have been nothing short of professional, understanding, and flexible to any and all last minute requests. As someone who loves having control over a situation, I could not have felt more comfortable in my decision to have RE involved in the planning and execution of my wedding day! Would recommend to ANYONE!

1000000/10!!! We used Rustic Elegance and it was easily the best thing we could have done for our wedding day. From the start Kellie made sure we had everything we needed in the planning process, answered all of our questions, and the planning meetings were always beyond helpful in making me feel like we were on track for the wedding day! Our wedding day went better than I could have ever imagined and Kellie and Kierra made sure my husband and I could just enjoy the day - they took care of the rest! Any changes we made leading up to the day, they were ready to roll with. They are so talented and so on top of every detail, I truly don’t know what we would have done without them. We got endless compliments on how well the day went from our family and friends. We didn’t hire a videographer for our wedding, but Kellie was able to capture some great “behind-the-scenes” videos for me which was totally unexpected and special. You can tell they do anything they can to make sure the couple doesn’t have to lift a finger and the guests have a great time!

As the bride, I did not have to lift a finger and was able to live in the moment for the entire day with no stress. Rustic Elegance was the best investment for the wedding, hands down.

Kellie and her staff arrrived with such great enthusiasm to make our day so special. So helpful with guiding us through the day from the beginning to the end of the evening. Each deail was outlined to make the best use of our time. Details such as cake table, memory table and even turning on the tea lioghts were handled by them. Great professionalism to greet all of our guests and direct them if they had questions.

Kellie of Rustic Elegance was worth her weight in gold! From planning to big day she was an expert in communicating and such a joy to work with as our Day of Coordinator! She helped us make a super detailed plan in the months leading up to our wedding so that we could just enjoy the day with no worries!
