  Worth every penny and more!

  I have NO WORDS - Kellie and her assistant were OUTSTANDING! Kellie met with us multiple times during the planning process and was readily available by email whenever we had questions come up. Our wedding day was so stress free - all we had to worry about was eating, getting ready and spending time with our people. The placement of many decor items I left up to the discretion of Kellie and it all turned out so much better than anything I could've imagined! She took so many behind the scenes pictures for us to have while we wait for our photographer to send their product. I am SO, SO, SO, glad that we had Kellie on our team!! Without a doubt, go with RE!!!

  Absolutely perfect day

  1000000/10!!! We used Rustic Elegance and it was easily the best thing we could have done for our wedding day. From the start Kellie made sure we had everything we needed in the planning process, answered all of our questions, and the planning meetings were always beyond helpful in making me feel like we were on track for the wedding day! Our wedding day went better than I could have ever imagined and Kellie and Kierra made sure my husband and I could just enjoy the day - they took care of the rest! Any changes we made leading up to the day, they were ready to roll with. They are so talented and so on top of every detail, I truly don’t know what we would have done without them. We got endless compliments on how well the day went from our family and friends. We didn’t hire a videographer for our wedding, but Kellie was able to capture some great “behind-the-scenes” videos for me which was totally unexpected and special. You can tell they do anything they can to make sure the couple doesn’t have to lift a finger and the guests have a great time!

  Professional and flexible throughout planning and on the day of wedding

  When I first got engaged I had the mindset of being a DIY bride and planning everything myself to cut costs - so when my mom suggested hiring a day of coordinator I was a bit hesitant. To say how wrong I was to be on the fence would be an understatement! I cannot imagine my day going as smoothly and calming for me without the incredible teamwork of Rustic Elegance. From the very first appointment to the day of, they have been nothing short of professional, understanding, and flexible to any and all last minute requests. As someone who loves having control over a situation, I could not have felt more comfortable in my decision to have RE involved in the planning and execution of my wedding day! Would recommend to ANYONE!

  Kellie and the Rustic Elegance team are beyond incredible. I don't have words for how helpful they were with every aspect of our wedding. Kellie is so knowledgeable with the wedding planning process and made it so easy. The day-of coordination was flawless. As the bride, I did not have to lift a finger and was able to live in the moment for the entire day with no stress. Rustic Elegance was the best investment for the wedding, hands down.

  Mother od Bride

  Kellie and her staff arrrived with such great enthusiasm to make our day so special. So helpful with guiding us through the day from the beginning to the end of the evening. Each deail was outlined to make the best use of our time. Details such as cake table, memory table and even turning on the tea lioghts were handled by them. Great professionalism to greet all of our guests and direct them if they had questions.

  Kellie of Rustic Elegance was worth her weight in gold! From planning to big day she was an expert in communicating and such a joy to work with as our Day of Coordinator! She helped us make a super detailed plan in the months leading up to our wedding so that we could just enjoy the day with no worries! Her and assistant Mandy were rockstars setting up and directing us to make the day go so smoothly. We can't rave enough about our experience!

  Services could not have been better!

  So where do I start? Kellie and her helper, Cassi from Rustic Elegance make the day truly something to remember! Kellie was so wonderful to work with from the first video meeting through the last few minutes of my daughter’s wedding reception. She had everything under control throughout the entire night. Kellie had the timing down to when everything had to happen and made sure all vendors used followed it to a tee. She always had a smile on her face and was always there if you ever needed an answer to anything. It took the worry out of everything for you so you could concentrate on enjoying the event. She even had the cars packed up at the end of the night, so all you had to do was drive home. I can’t praise Kellie and Cassi enough for what the two of them accomplished that day. I will not be forgetting them whenever I think back to my daughter’s wedding reception! Thank you so much Kellie and Cassi!

  Sunset Ceremony

  Kellie and Rachel made our whole day possible. She answered our seemingly endless amount of questions during the planning process while also soothing any nerves. On our wedding day, Kellie was instrumental in keeping everything going smoothly. She communicated with all vendors and kept us updated on anything that came up during the day. We had some crazy weather, and she came up with a plan that kept the day on track while also keeping what we wanted for our day in mind. Due to the rain we were able to flip around our order of events to do dinner, dances, and toasts before having a sunset ceremony outside. I truly believe that Kellie and Rachel were the best people to be with us during this stressful situation. They made the experience fun, positive, and helped us create a whole new vision for our day. We would have been lost without both of them, and we will forever be grateful for all of their hard work. Our wedding wouldn't have been as perfect as it was without both of them!

  Organized and fun!

  I’m a vendor who has worked with Kellie and her team a few times and let me tell you, they are top notch. Many weddings without airtight coordination can lead to the DJ and other vendors coming into an event not 100% knowing what to expect. Whenever I see Rustic Elegance is a part of the event, I get excited because I know they’re organized but not in a stressful way. They never give off the don’t talk to me vibe. Instead they’re fun, approachable, and extremely professional. Look forward to hopefully many more weddings with Kellie and Rustic Elegance!! 100/10

  RE is Amazing!

  We hired Rustic Elegance as our day-of-coordinator and they were the absolute best! Kellie and her team were beyond helpful and were on top of everything on our big day. They perfectly executed our dream wedding plans and were so accommodating and helpful to us (the couple), the whole wedding party, and all of our guests. The team was able to work with our other vendors so that the day went so incredibly smoothly. Kellie also assisted us in the planning phase of our wedding - She was a great resource and helped us get super organized so that our day was everything that we wanted. I highly recommend Rustic Elegance for any or all of your wedding planning needs. As a bride, having RE made my day stress-free and gave me so much peace of mind knowing that they were there for us!

  The Best Decor / DOC Team Out There!

  We discovered Rustic Elegance through our venue, Hidden Meadow and Barn. At first, we were only thinking of renting decor items, but that quickly turned into adding Day-Of Coordination since their staff is so wonderful and also was familiar with our wedding venue already. It was honestly the best decision we made. I always rolled my eyes at the online reviews saying you HAD to get a DOC or a videographer, but I would not change our decision to use RE if you paid me! Kellie and Kayla were a dream to work with - both extremely organized and detail oriented. Their check in's with us leading up to our big day and ability to help us stay organized day of without feeling overwhelmed or stressed was 100% worth it.   Joy to work with!

  I cannot say enough about Kellie and her team! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. We hired them for our wedding this past weekend and everything went SO well because of Kellie! She was so incredibly easy to work with and SO friendly to not only me but our guests as well! We had the best day and because of Kellie, I was able to take it all in, relax and enjoy it all! From start to finish, they were amazing! I will definitely be recommending them to any of my newly engaged friends!!

  Perfect day!

  We hired Kellie shortly after booking our venue when a friend recommended her. Our day was exactly what we wanted and it was only possible because of her and her team! The master details guide she provided was a lifesaver. It guided us through the entire wedding day down to the smallest detail. Kellie provides other resources you may need (vendor recommendations, tipping guide, and so much more) as well as insight based on her extensive experience.

  If I could give RE more than 5 stars, I would! Kellie and the Rustic Elegance team are absolutely FANTASTIC and hands down one of our favorite vendors that we worked with for our wedding. We hired RE to be our 'Day Of' coordinators to help with wedding logistics, and they went far above and beyond expectation.   Phenomenal

  RE day of coordination was a gift from my MIL. She wanted to be able to enjoy the day too, and not have to worry about getting things set up, coordinating vendors, answering questions, and if anything went awry, she didn't want to have to deal with it. I was a bit skeptical at first, but hey, if the MIL is paying, the price is right (lol)! After having my wedding on 9/25/21, I couldn't imagine my day any other way and would have regretted NOT having them there! Kellie and Kristin with their team were phenomenal-from getting the tables and decor ready in the morning, to coordinating with all the vendors (food especially), showing them where to set up and where to go, putting out snacks, smores, and desserts at the appropriate time (who wants to eat stale/warm snacks/cupcakes if they've been sitting out all day and attracting flies). As if that weren't enough, they ensured the timing of ceremony, speeches, cutting cake, dances went on as planned, they emptied trash bins when full, cleaned up after everyone left, and even saved my dress with safety pins when the bustle ripped (hello train everywhere on dance floor and people stepping on it). Bottom line, the perfection and seamless-ness of how the day unfolded was all thanks to Rustic Elegance and I wouldn't change a thing! Point 1: MIL, point 0: bride [ haha ;) ]

  Our Daughter's Wedding Day was Perfect!

  Working with Kellie & her team could not have gone better. We hired her team after she came highly recommended from the venue we booked. You can tell Kellie has a passion for what she does & it really shows in the quality of her work. Her communication was great, the tools her clients have access to are extremely helpful, and she has a wealth of knowledge of the industry. On the day of our wedding, we didn't have to worry about a single thing. Kellie & Lucy were there to assist from Rustic Elegance and it went super smoothly. My husband & I were able to enjoy the day stress free thanks to both of them. If you're thinking about hiring them, just do it. You won't regret it!

  Rustic Elegance made my wedding day stress free and fun!

  Rustic Elegance is the BEST- I have so many good things to say! First off, the planning tools provided through Rustic Elegance made planning my wedding so easy. I never thought I would enjoy planning a wedding- but the tools they provided helped me stay organized and ensured I didn't miss a thing, planning my wedding was actually FUN thanks to RE! Kellie was amazing to work with, she is so sweet, experienced, and provided lots of helpful guidance and encouragement! My day-of-coordinators, Marissa and Mandy were true MVPs! I literally did not have to stress about a single thing on my wedding day- they handled absolutely everything SEAMLESSLY. They set up all my decor beautifully and really paid attention to even the smallest things- like holding my flowers so they wouldn't get too heavy, and making sure my groom and I had a drink after the ceremony! When issues came up with vendors, they handled it. As the bride, I feel like I literally did not have to stress about a single thing on my wedding day. I was able to enjoy everything to the fullest and have SO much fun, thanks to Marissa and Mandy! I could not recommend Rustic Elegance enough!

  Great wedding investment

  Hand's down this was the best investment in planning for my wedding. I would not have been able to do it with out them. I purchased the basic package plus, including the day of coordinator and the set up/take down of decor. The weekly phone calls were sooo helpful, to go through lists of tasks needed to be completed and what to focus on first. There were so many things I wouldn't have even thought of that needed to be taken care of prior to the day, that they helped me get in order. There are so many lists for planning your wedding online, but being able to talk to someone weekly, get their advice, and have them keep track of all the details for you was so much appreciated and saved me so much time and stress. On the day of the wedding, they were beyond prepared and ready to handle any problem that came up. They truly handled everything so professionally and I was able to be completely present for my day - not worrying about anything. They set up my decor beautifully, and when they took it down they packed it all up again neat and orderly. I have received so many compliments about the coordinators from the wedding and everyone that was in my party. My only regret is not hiring them sooner in my wedding planning process!!

  We rented wine barrels for our wedding from Rustic Elegance. The whole process was great - they are great at responding to emails extremely quickly and answering any questions you have. The pick up and drop off time frame makes it super simple and allows for plenty of time and the price is right. They have a ton of super cute items, wish we would've rented more! Highly recommend to anyone!
