- My name is Hannah, and I photograph all things couples: weddings, engagements, elopements, and more. It brings me tremendous joy to walk alongside couples as they journey through new chapters of their lives together. To share experiences with them as they laugh and cry and celebrate - to capture real couples who truly love each other - is such an honor and a true passion of mine.
My style can be described as classic and colorful. I like natural edits, with real-life colors so that 50 years from now, you'll look back at your photos and still find them to be timeless and true to your day. I'll capture your wedding day as it unfolds, mixing in natural, posed portraits along with candid moments. My goal is to capture your wedding day in such a way that when you look at your photos you truly feel that the moment in time was perfectly encapsulated in each photograph.

Best experience ever!
Hannah with Rooted Trumpet Photography was truly a blessing! I reached out for a surprise proposal in Fredericksburg and not being from the area she helped with venue ideas, how to propose, her communication was perfect! On the day of she sent me weather updates and even called the location to get the workers to stop blowing leaves so my proposal went down flawlessly!! My now fiancé and I aren’t much for taking photos but she made us feel so comfortable and made every picture feel so natural! Definitely the best! Thanks Hannah!!!
