I am Chef Victor Duarte; I have acquired over twenty years of experience in the art of culinary, and 15 years of experience in event catering. I am the Executive Chef and owner of Rollatini Italian Restaurant and Catering. Throughout the years, I've had the honor of forming part of countless special occasions through my catering company such as weddings, family celebrations, holiday parties, and so on.
