Our cake choices were:
Groom's Choice- The Dom Deluis (Pistachio cake, ricotta buttercream, roasted pistachios)
Bride's Choice- Green Tea Mandarin (Mandarin orange cake, Gunpowder Green & Matcha buttercream, honey glazed mandarin orange)
Couple's Choice- Chocolate Turtle (Chocolate cake, salted caramel buttercream, candied pecans, drizzles of salted caramel and ganache)
And a small 8 inch cake for cutting: Chicken n’Waffles (Vanilla “waffle” cake, vanilla buttercream, buttermilk soaked fried chicken dunked in pure Vermont maple syrup)
