Roger and his team have simply been the best throughout this entire process. They are organized, detail oriented and very easy going. They make the whole planning process very re-assuring. We are planning a wedding in South Florida and their knowledge of event spaces, vendors and addition connections with local event planners has been really eye opening and super reassuring. They have great connections with great people in a lot of different markets. RJ Whyte did a wonderful job assisting us in planning our wedding. As both of us have strong opinions on different pieces of the wedding, they learned to chime in and assist as needed. They were flexible knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.

Their professionalism was evident at our first meeting when we initially discussed the big picture and budget items, and continued through until the execution of the big day, which went flawlessly. There were so many little details that Roger and his team (Kathleen, specifically) picked up on, and took care of, that we never would have realized without their help, from planning all the way to day-of execution. They kept everything within the original budget we discussed, and recommended excellent third-party vendors. While I was stressed out about the planning of the wedding (as is common), I was kept sane by their reassurances, support, and extensive knowledge and experience. And, again, their work and close oversight during the weekend of the wedding was impeccable, and put us completely at ease, so that we could actually enjoy our wedding! Highly Recommend!

Roger Whyte is nothing short of phenomenal - he produced a perfect wedding experience, complete with gold butterfly confetti, a 200 member choir singing from the rafters, a contemporary dance company performance and a surprise performance from Diana Ross!!! On time, on budget, on point!!!

Roger Whyte and his team at RJ Whyte Event Production made our wedding one of the best days of my life. From our first meeting with Roger, when he showed up with a list of questions and a budget worksheet, I knew this was going to be an organized, professional event that would be done to perfection. Roger returned with multiple ideas - all with different themes, locations, food, drink, service and style. They were each with in our requested budget and gave us a great idea of what we wanted to do. From then on he was outstanding in being with us each step of the way (selecting location, food, colors, etc...) so that each part of our wedding tied in well with the overall theme.

As time got closer to actual date, Roger and his team handled every detail we need them to handle. This way we were able to focus on family, friends and each other. He always gave us plenty of warning before a big decision needed to be made so we never felt rushed in deciding important details. It seemed no was never an answer - he and his team just always found a way to make it happen. They did all of this within our budget and at times was better of remembering that budget than we were.

I can't recommend RJ Whyte Event Production enough. They will make your event, no matter the size, budget or location, the event you always dreamed of. They will help you along the way to take away the stress and allow you to enjoy a perfect event.

I can't believe how smoothly our wedding went. I'm still amazed! RJ Whyte is the reason for that. Roger and his team are terrific. We got married at a venue in DC called The Powerhouse (which is stellar and I've reviewed separately). The venue is an open space, which requires vendors to bring in furniture, food, etc. At first I was a bit nervous, but Roger took care of the whole thing, and in a short amount of time. When we first met with him, he listened to the type of ceremony we wanted and then made great recommendations for food, drinks, seating, arrangement - basically everything. On the day of, I was totally relieved when we arrived and everything was set up as we envisioned. I can't really express how thankful I am to Roger. Our guests absolutely loved the venue, the food, the layout, etc. etc. etc. I can't give enough credit to the RJ Whyte team. And during the wedding, I barely realized Roger was there. He and his team kept the ceremony moving and helped to "move us along" when we needed it. But they were so easy going and professional, it was as if they weren't even there! Again, we had EXACTLY the wedding we wanted and Roger made it happen. They have great connections with all kinds of vendors. I also inquired with other planners before meeting him and Roger is very reasonably priced, especially considering the level of service. He was responsive to every call, email, text and nothing fazed him. Just an all around wonderful person. I'm convinced there is nothing these guys can't handle. Thanks again!
