I had Rev. Vincent Sica as my Wedding Officiant for my wedding on October 1st, 2023. He was so sweet and friendly! He really made my ceremony one to remember! He broke the ice, and def made it fun and entertaining. He is very professional and knowledgeable on wedding ceremonies and gives you all the information you need on the marriage license and all! I am so glad my venue recommended him to me! All my guests loved him! :-)

Reverend Sica is a fun, energetic, sweet & eloquent man! He was recommended to us by our venue & we met with him over the phone. He took us through everything that we needed to do, when we needed to do it. Gave us so many options and ideas that we could incorporate into our ceremony. One we selected was a flower presentation to each others parents, essentially thanking them for the gift of their son/daughter (Reverend Sica said it far better) it was so different and sweet. We did it as a surprise at his suggestion, it was very touching. He tailored the ceremony to exactly what we wanted. He has a wonderful sense of humor and made us feel so comfortable when we were quite nervous. He was prompt and came with several beautifully adorned robes and let us pick which he would wear. He performed a beautiful ceremony!

We had the pleasure of having Reverend Vincent Sica at my daughters wedding and I am so thankful he was recommended to us. I know everyone was a bit nervous at first, but he made them so relaxed that they felt so comfortable with him. He started off the wedding in such a way, he was certainly a blessing. The ceremony was short and sweet( the way they wanted it ) but he added a few touches to make it that more special. We really appreciate all he did to make the wedding as special as it was!

Rev. SIca was a great choice for our wedding. We didn't meet him until the wedding day, everything was discussed over the phone, however day of he wore a great robe, was on time and very detailed. He is more charismatic over the phone however during the ceremony he was very passionate!! and you can see he was very happy to be performing our ceremony.

Reverend Sica came highly recommended by our wedding venue ... and he did NOT disappoint.

He is an absolute pleasure to work with, with his infectious laugh & personality ... and he makes you feel like you've known him your whole life.

The ceremony was perfect from start to finish. We are not a very religious couple, but he tailored the ceremony to what we wanted, and kept just enough of a religious tone to make our families happy (especially the old-fashioned folks).

How often do guests approach you after a wedding raving about the officiant and asking where you found him?! We would absolutely recommend Reverend Sica to anyone

I wasn't so thrilled by his service. On the phone he is great and very detail oriented but he wasn't as charismatic in person or during the ceremony. For the amount that we paid we weren't impressed at all. If you are considering this officiant meet him in person and have a copy of all of your readings and ceremony program printed before you book!!!!

Reverend Vincent Sica is a kind, funny, warm man who I greatly enjoyed working with - but he probably wasn't the right choice for our wedding and he may not be the right choice for yours. From the first moment I spoke to Reverend Sica on the phone, I was taken with him. He has that old school, Italian, Brooklyn vibe that defines my family, so I was comfortable with him from the get-go. His personality shined on our wedding day, and he helped me feel comfortable and relaxed on our wedding day.

That's where the good ends. The bad: 1) Reverend Sica has no web-presence. Everything was done over the phone. If you're like me - a Type A personality who likes to keep written records of everything and have easy, instant communication - this will frustrate you.

2) Reverend Sica was very expensive comparatively, and there was no bang for your buck. I spoke with Reverend Sica twice before our wedding day, both times over the phone, and at no point did he ask any questions to get to know my husband and I better. For the price, some personalization would certainly have been nice.

3) Our ceremony was not at all what we were expecting! Reverend Sica was recommended by our venue (a joint ceremony/reception location) and although my husband and I are not religious, we decided the nod to religion would put us in line with our family's marital traditions. On the phone with Reverend Sica, we kept emphasizing that we were NOT religious in any way, and Reverend Sica said that he would make sure the wedding was more spiritual than religious. Cut to the wedding day, which was one Christian prayer after another. I actually started laughing mid-ceremony because it was so not us! Literally every other word of the ceremony was intensely relgious, and that wasn't what we signed up for.

Everything was great until he didn’t show up to our wedding. Venue called him 17 times, nothing. Took $600 from us and never heard from him again.
