Kate from ReadyLuck was super great to work with and we love our photos! We first did an city hall elopement/engagement shoot in May and then she shot our full wedding in October. Our 85-person wedding was at the restaurant, American Brass and we took pictures across the street on the waterfront. We’re so happy with the pictures we’ve already received from the engagement shoot and the wedding preview. They are exactly what I was looking for - clean, true color, and authentic. They captured the feeling of the day and all the special moments. She directed the family photos and kept us on time. The formal family photos and couple portraits and the guest candids all look equally great. We didn’t even notice her the rest of the night as we enjoyed our party. Kate and the second shooter, Xavier Rodriguez, were so friendly and easy to work with along with the studio manager at ReadyLuck, Florence. We can’t wait to get the rest of the pictures back and we recommend them completely.

Jules of Readyluck was everything we were looking for in our wedding photographer. As people who don't like to be photographed and who can be very awkward in front of a camera, we were put at ease by Jules' gentle direction - and she has an eye for candids and shots that truly pulled out our personality. She listened to our vision with care, guided us where we had questions, and delivered beautiful photographs that we love to revisit to relive our special day. Also, Jules and Kate were both lovely to work with and be around - a key when you're spending 8+ hours with someone! We both heartily recommend Jules and Readyluck.

We were lucky enough to have Jacqueline Schlossman from READYLUCK photograph our wedding in May 2023 and our photos are absolutely stunning. Jacqueline applies a photojournalistic approach to her work which felt much more natural to us than many of the other photographers we vetted. She excels at capturing candid moments and the feeling of the day on camera. If you're looking for a whole bunch of classic posed portraits you might want to go with someone a bit more traditional (though we did get a bunch of those, too!) but for us it was imperative to have a photographer who was able to document the day as it unfolded (and edit the photos to match). The only negative was in the chaos of the day we did miss one integral family photo but the rest of the photos outweigh this mishap. We'd absolutely recommend Jacqueline and READYLUCK!

Highly recomend, especially if you are going international! Edward Winter was beyond all my expectations. We were married in Italy!!! Eddie not only captured the beauty of our Italian countryside locations, but he also captured our spirit as a couple. It was very important to us that our venues (a 1000-year-old church and a traditional Italian villa) and all of the beautiful things that make Italy so wonderful were highlighted in an authentic way. He did this wonderfully through not only photos of the venue, but additional detail and landscape shots that capture the heart of Italy. He was able to photograph my partner as if it was through my eyes, finding details and subtle expressions that I love him for. He empowered us to be ourselves which created space for our relationship to shine through in a genuine way. Additionally, I am not very relaxed in front of a camera and he made me feel so comfortable that I love how I look in the photos!! If anyone is worried about feeling uptight when being photographed I would highly recommend him because his directives, reassurance, and calm mood made me feel relaxed (and even beautiful!) throughout the process. During portraits, he captured everyone handsomely, and our families had a good time with him, and during the ceremony and reception, I never even noticed he was taking pictures! 10 out of 10 recomend, especially if you are going International/European for your wedding!

Eddie from READYLUCK was absolutely incredible on our wedding day -- we've been so excited about how great he was that it's taken almost a year to write our reviews! We got married May 2021 just as things were opening back up and were keeping it small, so Eddie one-man-banded the entire day and was a true superhero. Our portraits are so artful and we could tell he truly wanted to capture "us." Throughout the night, any time anyone was having a moment they wanted a snap of, somehow he was already there, but also never in the way - an absolute ninja and also just fun to have around all day. I am so thankful we ended up with Sasha Smolina, and her assistant Jules, as our wedding photographers! Working with Readyluck was an easy, stress-free process from start to finish. The initial request and quote was fast and tailored perfectly for our needs. A lot of the wedding process was uncomfortable for me, but as soon as Sasha arrived the day of and we started shooting, I felt so much more relaxed and calm! She and Jules captured incredible portraits of us, wrangled a very large family of over 40+ members into a series of priceless shots, and captured amazing moments at the event that we didn't even know were happening. The venue was tight at times and a little dark, but they handled the lighting beautifully and captured everything artfully. Everyone who has seen our photos has commented on how they are some of the best event photos they've seen! We feel so lucky to have worked with Sasha and highly recommend her and Readyluck!

We were beyond thrilled with Readyluck. We had Edward Winter as our photographer for both our engagement shoot and our wedding day. He was beyond incredible and gave me a true appreciation for photography because his work is beautiful. Upon meeting him he gives you this feeling that everything is going to be excellent. He is calm, kind, reliable and ever so present. Edward has an incredible eye and is truly an artist. The entire Readyluck team was a dream to work with from start to finish. Edward Winter was our primary photographer and point of contact, and Sasha Smolina was our secondary photographer. From our first conversation with Eddie, it was like talking to an old friend – he made us feel comfortable from the very beginning and it stayed that way through the entire process and the many events we asked them to shoot. While you always hear that taking photos for your wedding can be a drag, it was nothing short of a joy to work and spend time with them. They radiate positivity and have a natural instinct to say the right thing or find the right location to best capture the moment. Both Eddie and Sasha are great people who blended seamlessly into our two big families. They felt more like guests who happened to be taking pictures rather than an outside company, and everyone had nothing but compliments for them. Shooting a big wedding (250 guests) is no easy task, but looking back at our photos, we have to pinch ourselves every time with the magic they produced. They are true artists and professionals in every sense of the term. They worked flawlessly with our coordinator, our videographer (who was from a different company), and the venue (Cedar Lakes Estate) to make the process easy for us and capture everything we were hoping for and more! We have already recommended them to anyone who needs a photographer and would love the opportunity to work with this dream team again.
