1) Courthouse Weddings, Intimate Weddings, Elopements and Vow Renewals- starting at $300.00 For weddings as small and intimate as just the two of you and up to 30 of your closest friends and family.. Allows for 1 to 3 hours.

2) Micro / Small weddings- Starting at $3,000 and up to 50 guests and 5-6 hours

3) Full day, DREAM weddings - starting at $3,999 and from 20 to 200 guests and 8-10-12 hours with full weekend rentals an options available.

Chapter One-The Vintage Bridal Cottage and Rustic Mancave- This is the start of your wedding journey at Prosperity Mansion and Farm. The bridal cottage was built in 1794+ as the carriage house. After carefully selecting every detail to adore this space such as the 200-year-old dressing table from France, this is nothing short of enchanting. This is available throughout the entire day to the bride and wedding party

Adjacent is the Rustic Mancave, originally erected in the late 1700s as the farm's creamery to store butter and milk. Its unique rustic features pay homage to days long gone, providing a distinct, historic space for the other half of your wedding party.

Chapter Two- The East Meadow - . This is where the actual ceremony will take place. Walk through our coveted 250-year-old, blue doors from Egypt, into the arms of your loved one. Further enhanced by bells gently ringing to announce your entrance and soft music dancing through the air. This ceremony area is accented by chandliers and gardens that emphasizes the surrounding nature and beauty of this unforgettable space. It will truly be a day to remember!

Chapter Three- The Formal Gardens- Following your vows your guests will be escorted into our more formal gardens with fountains, an 8ft tall wood burning fireplace, gardens, lighted trees all with the amazing historical ambience that only a mansion as a backdrop can provide. The authentic atmosphere of this area will provide unique and timeless photographs for pages in your novel.

Chapter Four- The Main Meadow- This is the heart of your wedding celebration and the grand stage for the next chapter of your romance novel. This dedicated space, transforms into your amazing, whimsical reception area for dinner, dancing, games and so much more, all adorned by the sunsets and twinkling stars that are enhanced by a countryside that only Frederick, MD provides. The state of the art, white tent, is built on a solid patio, with sky lights, French style panels on all side to allow the beauty to filter in throughout your event. The brick patio attached to the tent, beckons you and your guests to enjoy this out door space. Adorned by antique style street lights, park benches, gardens, vintage swan gates and flower stepping stones to yet another fountain, all highlighted by a wall of lights. As you and your guests, are provided these amazing, one-of-a-kind areas to interact, you will be in enchanted by our tree line, featuring over 10 thousand lights. The adult gaming area, encased by Edison lights, offers giant lawn chess, giant connect 4, 2 sets of custom bride and groom corn hole, and a wood burning fire pit that can also offer a special treat with smores for your guest’s late-night enjoyment. This adds another unique and interactive experience for you and your guests during the reception time as well as more photo opportunities. Fun....fun.....fun!!!

This fanciful area, with the birds chirping, gardens and 5 tier, bird fountain has become a favorite among couples and photographers at every wedding. Unique, one-of-a-kind photos will conclude your wedding novel at this location.

Baltimore, MD, Montgomery Co, MD and Anne Arundel Co, MD, is a one hour drive and Washinton D.C is approximately 1.25 hours away. For guests attending your wedding celebration from out-of-town, or simply want to spend the night, hotel accommodations can be located approximately 10 - 15 minutes away.
