If you are looking for help with planning your wedding, look no further than Primrose + Lily! I found myself in need of a planner last minute, and I feel so lucky to have found these two. If anything could have gone wrong with our wedding, sadly it did! But thanks to Kayce, there was little left for me to worry about. Even though she was hired to be our day-of coordinator, she checked in with my husband and I in the months leading up to our wedding day, and literally took over the week prior so I didn't have to worry about communicating with vendors and fixing last minute problems that came up. She took care of everything so I could focus on putting my details together and enjoying wedding week with my husband, family, and friends. Kayce and Joanie make a great team, and leave you worry free on your wedding day. They literally took care of putting out all of our decor, setting up our DIY flowers, and making sure everyone was where they were supposed to be on time. It may be cliche, but she was truly an angel and our day wouldn't have been as perfect as it was if it wasn't for her help, positive attitude, and infectious fun energy. Kayce was absolutely fantastic and I’m so grateful that she coordinated our wedding! Since we were having a small wedding, I hadn’t even thought I needed any sort of coordinator until the venue recommended it. But it was 100% worth it. I’m a bit of an introvert so the whole wedding thing made me a little uncomfortable to begin with, but Kayce put me right at ease and never made me feel weird for not wanting all of the traditional fanfare. She was instantly supportive and enthusiastic. I’m rather indecisive, and Kayce helped me with the decisions I hadn’t made yet, and those I honestly hadn’t even thought about. She was exceptionally organized and the day ran smoothly thanks to her. It’s not an overstatement to say everything was truly perfect and set up exactly how I envisioned. If I had to do it over again, I’d pick Kayce to coordinate every time!

Our original planner had to back out because of a (very reasonable) family health issue, and it is no exaggeration to say that Kayce rescued our wedding. Primrose + Lily went above and beyond to help me after I emailed them re: a recent wedding they had done that I saw featured on their website. Although I already had booked another day of coordinator, Kayce still went above and beyond for me as if I was one of her brides. Not only did she help answer my question, but she even reached back out to the specific bride whose wedding I adored to find out some more information for me. Not only that, but she even provided an unsolicited recommendation for me re: a particular vendor service—something she absolutely did NOT have to do. I felt it was such a kind and unnecessary gesture and worth writing a review on for the impeccable customer service provided. If she could do this for someone that wasn’t even her client, I imagine her wedding coordination and planning services for her brides is phenomenal. Please consider her services when booking !!!

We are SO grateful we had Kayce as our wedding planner. She was there to answer any questions we had throughout the wedding process and ensured everything ran smoothly the day of the event. We had a more “DIY” wedding ceremony and reception and she accommodated everything and gave us some helpful insight along the way. She was there to help with whatever we needed during the reception and made clean up at the end of the night incredibly easy.

Kayce is an AMAZING wedding coordinator! We hired her for our wedding with the 'Bits and Pieces' plan, and she was right on everything we needed! Helped us iron out all the last details we needed, creating a timeline and chart for the day of coordination, ran ceremony coordination and entirely ran our DJ'ing off of Spotify! She puts all her hard work into ensuring that the bride and groom have the best day of their lives, so there's no need to stress the day of your wedding!

I can’t say enough great things about Kayce, Joanie, and her team! When the venue said we needed a day-of coordinator, my fiancé and I weren’t sure if it was necessary. But, after how much smoother and better the day went with them dealing with logistics, I see why so many people say it is money well spent.

We spoke with Kayce on the phone for an initial consultation, and even after a short time we knew we wanted to go with Primrose and Lily. We ended up doing the Month of Coordination Package. Kayce really cares about what she does, and she is so fun and easy to talk to. She drafted our timeline, communicated with all of the vendors, and so much more.

Especially during rehearsal and the day of the wedding, we were so grateful that Kayce and Joanie were there. While we got to enjoy spending time with the wedding party and getting ready, they were working to get everything set up for the day.

It was absolutely wonderful to walk into the reception hall and see that they had set up everything beautifully. Throughout the night, they made sure that we stayed on schedule and kept things moving smoothly. During the entire day, we only had to answer a few questions and were able to fully appreciate being in the moment.

I can’t thank Primrose and Lily enough for making our wedding day incredible. If you are thinking of hiring them for coordination services, I say do it – it’ll be one of the best decisions you make in the wedding planning process!

I don't have enough amazing things to say about Kayce and her mother Joanie. Kayce made the entire planning process so incredibly easy and stress-free. I had an idea of things I wanted vision-wise and Kayce was really able to bring it all to life. Kayce knew all of the important questions and the questions I would never think of to ask all of my vendors and kept in close contact with them up until the big day. On my wedding day Kayce and Joanie were at our venue early to make sure everything got set-up and were there through the end. I was so incredibly amazed at how beautiful everything looked and all of the attention to details. If I could give them 100 stars I would!!

I knew that after my first consultation with Kayce, that Primrose+Lily was the planner for us. We ended up chatting for over 2 hours about everything wedding related and everything not. I had a vision for our wedding and Kayce and Joanie executed everything perfectly. I could not have imagined a better weekend for us. Not having to deal with all the ins and outs of the timeline and vendor communication was great. That allowed us to focus on what was important to us that weekend.
