Maya provided full service wedding planning for our wedding in October 2023. Her vendor recommendations were spot-on for what we had envisioned for our wedding. She had recommended vendors for every category and ultimately we had selected Room 1520 for our venue and Liz Rae for our officiant per her recommendations. Maya also managed the communication with all of our vendors and did a great job ensuring that everyone was following through on next steps in the timeframes they needed to.

In addition, Maya helped allocate our budget towards different categories of expenses based on our priorities and built out a detailed timeline for the day of our wedding. She was very diligent in making sure that everyone was able to stay on track for our timeline and that all of our vendors delivered on creating a memorable experience just like we had envisioned.

When my husband and I were looking for a planner, we wanted someone who would help us navigate our way through the wedding process while still giving us the autonomy to choose our vendors. Maya was precisely what we were looking for in a planner. She provided a general direction for us and gave us a very helpful planning timeline to help keep us on track. She also frequently checked up on us and was super patient with our questions in the months leading up to the wedding. Whenever we needed vendor recommendations, Maya always gave us many options and advice on what to look for when choosing a vendor. I am so thankful for her finding one of my most important vendors—the seamstress. I ordered my dress late and only had a month to get alterations done before the wedding. Maya found a last-minute seamstress who was very experienced, inexpensive, and a joy to work with.

The month before our wedding, Maya took over, and we were so grateful because we had no idea about the logistical side of the wedding. She coordinated everything between our vendors and made an extremely detailed day-of timeline. Then, on the big day, Maya made sure that everything ran smoothly. Thanks to her, our day was perfect. From contacting and choosing vendors, walking through at the rehearsal, and making sure everything was on schedule on the day of the wedding, Maya did an excellent job of handling all aspects of our wedding, and she was so sweet and personable, too. I cannot recommend her enough!

Maya was incredible to work with! She helped us so much throughout the planning process from designing floral arrangements, selecting vendors, and creating an extremely detailed day of timeline. I usually prefer to handle things myself but had full confidence in Maya and she executed everything perfectly! There's no way our wedding day would have gone so smoothly without her.
