After capturing hundreds of weddings over the last decade, I can attest to how impactful it is to have a good planner! Maya is always on top of the details and carries out the day with a smile on her face. Our brides love working with her and so do we!

Maya provided full service wedding planning for our wedding in October 2023. Her vendor recommendations were spot-on for what we had envisioned for our wedding. She had recommended vendors for every category and ultimately we had selected Room 1520 for our venue and Liz Rae for our officiant per her recommendations. Maya also managed the communication with all of our vendors and did a great job ensuring that everyone was following through on next steps in the timeframes they needed to.

In addition, Maya helped allocate our budget towards different categories of expenses based on our priorities and built out a detailed timeline for the day of our wedding. She was very diligent in making sure that everyone was able to stay on track for our timeline and that all of our vendors delivered on creating a memorable experience just like we had envisioned.

Overall I highly recommend Maya’s full service wedding planning. She was a delight to work with!

When we started planning we knew we didn’t have the time or desire to do it all ourselves. Maya was one of several planners we talked to (all found on The Knot) and the choice to go with her was easy — extremely personable, interested in her couples, and balances her experience with a clear desire to get the job done for you.

We loved working with Maya. She gave us a great road map, held us accountable to deadlines, and was available for advice throughout, no matter how big or small the question, without being over-bearing. And while there’s no escaping the busy period right before your big day, Maya was right there with us — she thought of things we didn’t and took care of things we probably still don’t know about.

She was fantastic on day-of as well, and we loved getting to know her husband (who was with her) on our wedding day. They make a great team and we felt like we were in great hands the whole time.
