While we only hired them for our day-of coordination, their assistance and guidance started way before our wedding day. Those two-three months leading up to the wedding were the most stressful for us, but Seena, Kara and the rest of the team were there with us every step of the way. Through countless vendor meetings, finalizing our timeline, and making sure all of our decor was set up and organized exactly how we wanted it - there was nothing more we could have asked for! We could not have made it through the weekend without them and we truly recommend them for any future bride and groom!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Posh Kreations at two weddings now, on 9/7 and 9/12, and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about them.

As a wedding videographer, I work alongside a lot of planners and coordinators, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a planning company work as efficiently as Posh Kreations does. Both wedding days flowed SO seamlessly. They were constantly on top of the timeline, keeping everything moving, communicating with all of the vendors, and somehow doing it all while being incredibly kind and easy to work with.

One moment from the 9/12 wedding especially stood out to me. During the ceremony, Seena noticed the groom’s mom crying before I even saw it and immediately pointed it out to me. Because of her, I was able to turn my camera and capture that reaction in real time. That is now a priceless moment this couple will have forever, and I genuinely might have missed it if Seena wasn’t paying attention to absolutely everything happening around her.

And their attention to detail goes beyond just the big moments. At one of the weddings, I accidentally left my suit jacket behind at the venue. Before I even realized it, they had already texted me about it and made sure they grabbed it for me.

Their entire team is so organized and on top of things that you would think the couple had their own Secret Service detail following them around all day 😂 They notice EVERYTHING.

From a wedding vendor’s perspective, having planners like Posh Kreations makes such a massive difference. It allows us to focus on creating the best possible work for the couple because we know everything else is being handled.

Hiring Posh as our wedding planners was probably one of the best decisions we made throughout our planning process. From the start they were honest, transparent, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. The number of weddings and years of experience they have is so evident through the quality of work they provide. Posh travelled for our wedding and we remember breathing a sigh of relief when they arrived. Planning a Desi wedding can be extremely chaotic and stressful, and finding a wedding planner who knows the ins and outs of what is needed to make your big day as smooth and problem-free as possible can be a challenge. For us though, it was a no-brainer. Posh Kreations helped us truly make our day spectacular. From monthly check-in meetings, finding vendors, negotiating contracts, and so much more, the entire team ensured that everything fell perfectly into place the day of our wedding. Can't recommend them enough!

The Posh team worked my wedding in April 2025 and my wife and I had an incredible experience with them. They were so responsive prior to the wedding any time we had questions and handled so much of the vendor communication - this gave us a peace of mind knowing they were on top of it heading into the wedding. And then the day of the wedding, they went above and beyond. Seena, Kara, and the rest of their team were on top of everything and had the ceremonies ahead of schedule. Typically we see Indian weddings behind schedule 15-30min but their prep and execution had us 15-30 ahead of schedule. Their coordination with the vendors had everyone where they needed to be. We experienced zero issues that whole weekend and it went perfectly thanks to them. During the reception and cocktail hour they help us with outfit changes and got us drinks. Even after the reception was ending, they knew my wife and I had not eaten and packed us to go containers of all the food. That was something they didn't have to do but did and it was so kind of them. The experience we had with them during the whole process was above and beyond what we expected and can't thank them enough. They are really kind and sweet making communications feel comfortable. We have already recommended them to a few friends that will be getting married in the near future and plan to continue to always recommend them.

Posh did an amazing job coordinating our events during both our wedding ceremony and reception. They work so well with each other and the couple. Keep doing what you do best, which is leaving 0 stress for the couple. Thanks again. You left no room for error and our big day was flawless.
