The team at Posh Kreations is everything you can ever ask for from a wedding coordinating team. They communicated full details to every vendor and helped with any confusions for us as the couple and the other vendors. The day of the wedding went like clockwork mixed with lots of laughter along with top tier professionalism.
The entire team worked seamlessly with each other and resolved any issues without alarming us. They made us feel at peace the entire day and told us exactly where we need to be every step of the way. Each member of the team was very personable and kept the mood light for us all day long. All we had to do was smile and pose for the cameras and that we did! We cannot thank Posh Kreations enough for how smoothly the day went. Anyone that is considering to hire coordinators for their wedding should definitely put Posh Kreations at the top of their list! -

Planning a Desi wedding can be extremely chaotic and stressful, and finding a wedding planner who knows the ins and outs of what is needed to make your big day as smooth and problem-free as possible can be a challenge. For us though, it was a no-brainer. Posh Kreations helped us truly make our day spectacular. From monthly check-in meetings, finding vendors, negotiating contracts, and so much more, the entire team ensured that everything fell perfectly into place the day of our wedding. Posh Kreations was recommended to us by our wedding venue and did an absolutely amazing job. To this day, we still get complimented as having the most on-time Indian Wedding people have ever been to and almost all of the credit can go to Posh! They were always professional and provided so much helpful structure in organizing everything we would need to decide for a timeline, coordinate with vendors, and took care of all of the last minute concerns flawlessly. They handled any unexpected issues for my wife and I with ease, for example last minute floor plans edits, up-do for my wife at the reception, and ways to get tumeric paste off of your nails! On the day of our Sangeet and wedding, we were so grateful for their ability to work flawlessly with us, our families, and friends to make sure we were on time, and had great photos. They felt like an extension of our family, they knew everyone's names, worked well with our other vendors and the venue. Truly we are so grateful to Posh Kreations and again would suggest to any couples getting married! -

Easiest decision of the wedding process
After seeing Posh Kreations at another wedding we immediately knew that we needed them at ours. Seena and Kara were there every step of the way during the entire 2 year planning process. From helping us choose our venue to packing up our bridal suite in our cars at the end of the night. (Never heard of planning team that does that). No detail goes unnoticed on their behalf. Something as simple as lighting our unity candle using another lit candle from someone from their team rather than a BIC lighter because it’ll photograph better BOOM. Who thinks of that? Not me. No call or email was ever left unanswered on their behalf. Worked so hard day off and we are so thankful. The stressful wedding week that everyone talks about… we never experienced any of that instead all we felt was excitement for our big day. We knew Posh Kreations had it all handled and would do it all over again with them by our side again. This will be the easiest (BEST) decision you’ll make throughout the wedding process. Trust me. -

Posh Kreations was amazing from start to finish! They made the whole wedding planning process seem so easy! We know they were working very hard to make sure our wedding was perfect because we didn't feel any of the stress ourselves. They suggested vendors and were also open to some they have not worked with. Gave us organized comparisons of each of them to help us make the best decisions. They kept in contact with all of them consistently and relayed key messages back to us for confirmation. They made suggestions for what we needed that we did not originally account for. They helped us keep track of our budgeting. They did everything we needed and more! This is just talking about the planning process. The wedding day itself was just amazing!
We've heard and witnessed horror stories from couples getting married using other wedding planners/coordinators or doing everything on their own with events being very late or some of their day-of coordinators not doing their job of helping or even knowing the timeline. This was NOT the case at all with Posh.
The leadership combination of Seena's pure desire to make the day as close to perfect as humanly possible for the couple and Karamveer's detailed knowledge of the couple's wedding day and versatility to do whatever it takes to get the job done is a match made in heaven for a Wedding Planning and Coordination team. We received compliments from our wedding party and family members and even guests on how organized Posh was. We have big families that have attended a ton of weddings. So their compliments are legit! lol
Here is one small sample of the little details that Posh notices and corrects to make sure the day is perfect for everyone. We created our own table seating board and made a mistake of aligning the table numbers incorrectly with the names for an entire row. An entire row is a lot for bout 400 guests total. Posh noticed that issue, used white-out to remove the table numbers for that row and re-wrote them correctly so the guests would not be confused! Didn't even mention it to us until the day was over so we didn't stress out about it. Are you kidding me?! That is amazing!
I can go on and on about how phenomenal Posh Kreations was for our wedding, but who wants to read for that long.
To sum it all up; YES, you should definitely get planners and day of coordinators, but do not settle for just any team. Get the best and most diligent team their is. That is Posh Kreations. =) -

We were recommended Posh Kreations via a family member that had booked them the previous year for their wedding. We actually attended the wedding and were able to first hand experience how great Posh Kreation was due to the wedding being so organized. We knew we had to have them at our 650 people event! As our day of coordinator, Posh Kreation went above and beyond to make our event as smooth as possible. Our family members were impressed how helpful, patient and kind all the team members were. We received so many compliments from our family, friends and other guests how organized the entire day was and for that we cannot thank Posh Kreations enough. They truly care for you and will do anything they can to make this day as stress-free as possible not just for the bride and groom but their families as well. If you are in between coordinators and not sure what to do, seriously don't think twice and hire Posh Kreations. They are seriously THE BEST! -

Best decision we made was hiring posh kreations to be our day of coordinators. They are so extremely organized and timely, nothing can go wrong with them by your side. We are 5 months married, and our families are still raving about how well the entire weekend went and how amazing and nice all the coordinators were. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone who wants a smooth and enjoyable wedding for the bridal party and all their guests! We thank you Posh Kreations for everything you've done for us!!! -

Amazing in every way possible!
We hired Posh Kreations for full planning and coordination services for our 300 guest wedding in November 2021. We had the most amazing experience, from the first call to the weeks after our wedding. The team at Posh, led by Seena and Kara, went above and beyond throughout the whole planning process, from helping find vendors and negotiating contracts to helping troubleshoot issues that inevitably occur throughout the wedding planning process. They would send detailed, monthly to do lists, checking up with us on a regular basis, more frequently as our wedding date approached. They served as our chief communicators and organizers, focusing on all the little details so that we could focus on the vision of our wedding and actually enjoy ourselves. During the week of the wedding, our turban cloths got stuck in transit and would not make it in time so Seena drove a few hours to New Jersey to find replacement turban cloths before driving all the way back to the DC area for the wedding. During the wedding weekend, they had everything handled, planned each day down to the half hour, and made sure that we were on schedule. They handled family and friends with respect, getting rave reviews from all of our guests. They are an amazing team and we highly recommend them for your wedding. They facilitated the absolute greatest weekend of our lives. -

I don't know quite where to begin, but Posh Kreations became our family over the course of the entire wedding planning process. They were our voice of reason, our sounding boards, and most of all our friends during this entire crazy wedding planning process.
As we were planning a big fat indian wedding, Posh Kreations understood the importance of respecting the parents and ensuring all stakeholders needs were met. I cannot stress enough that PoshKreations is ultimately successful because they don't treat your wedding like somebody elses but as if they were getting married themselves.
PK is led by a dynamic duo in Seena and Kara, who are always a friendly face and calming personality despite the craziness that is weddings. There are so many things that just miraculously happened and its because of the foresight and planning from Seena and Kara.
Seena and Kara - you are remarkable individuals and have an AMAZING team that is so warm and friendly. Your innovative ideas (sangeet game, lanterns, sparklers) are what transformed a typical indian wedding into a personalized one just for Raj and I.
If you want a friend and a partner in the planning process, don't hesitate to reach out to PoshKreations. I would hire them 1000000000x over and recommend them to ANYONE. Just great humans who deserve all the success. -

Best wedding planners ever
Seena, Kara & the Posh Kreations team are exceptional! From day 1 to the wedding day, Seena was by our side helping us with every small detail, helping us package welcome bags till 2 am, even when being told we had to change our church/venue from PHL to NJ a month prior to the wedding due to COVID, they made everything work out smoothly!! If you are on the fence about having a wedding planner, JUST DO IT, you will be beyond happy to have Seena and Kara as your wedding planners! I had numerous wedding guests and vendors give compliments about Posh and how they are very professional, detail oriented, extremely organized, and just great people to be around! Honestly, Posh Kreations is 10/10 and are a great pleasure to work with! -

We saw Posh Kreations work their magic first hand at the first wedding that they planned. We knew then that this was the team we wanted to help plan our wedding when the time came. Fast forward to 2020 and we found ourselves, like many other couples, trying to plan a wedding in the midst of the pandemic. We had to change our plans multiple times with the ever changing restrictions put into place regarding gatherings. With all these things happening, Posh Kreations worked tirelessly with us every step of the way to make sure that we would still have the best and most memorable day possible! The original plan was to have 500+ guests in an indoor space, which we had to change to 100 guests with an outdoor venue as per restrictions. Seena and Kara did an amazing job (and we mean AMAZING!) with keeping in contact with vendors and making sure that all details were accounted for even with last minute changes. They were always punctual for phone calls and Zoom meetings and made sure that we were getting things done in a timely manner. On the day of the wedding, Seena, Kara, Lindsay, Jenson and Lovey proved to be the dream team! They took all measures to promote social distancing and safety, including wearing masks and carrying around hand sanitizers. They stuck to the schedule to make sure that we weren’t falling behind on time. While we were being shuttled back and forth between outfit changes and taking pictures, our wonderful planners followed us with a plate of food to make sure that we got a few bites to eat and stayed hydrated during the evening. Our guests took notice of how efficient our planners were during the whole day. Our families were also very impressed! My husband and I are generally very hands on with planning and had every intention to be so with planning our wedding. When we saw how hard working, efficient and organized Seena and Kara were, we couldn’t have been happier and knew we made the right choice! The whole team is so dedicated to what they do and throughout the whole process, they really felt like family! We have and will continue to recommend them to all our family and friends who are planning events. Thank you to Seena, Kara and the entire team for making our day so memorable and truly the best day of our lives!

The best coordinators!
PK! Seena, Kara and Team, I don't even know where to begin. Let me simply begin by saying THANK YOU! Because of you, we had a successful and effortless wedding. So in the beginning, we were thinking that maybe we didn't need coordinators, but then PK had done a wedding for one of our close friends. I could see the extra effort that PK took make wedding day amazing. We reached out to PK and we sat down for our first meeting where they just listened to us about our expectations for our wedding. Then, they asked us their questions: do you need this, what about this, how about this? We were sold! We realized we needed them! We did not have the time to go to India to do our wedding shopping, but PK made it even easier! They have vendors in India to whom they sent my ideas for bridesmaid and groom reception outfit. After going back and forth to make sure it was perfect, it was shipped to my house in no time with no mistakes. They helped with anything I needed for the wedding: outfits, bridesmaids jewelry, shoes, wedding gown, photo/video, florist, venues, all the vendors, meeting with the vendors even without us, talking to them many times to make sure everything was perfect, meeting with the parents over and over again to make sure they were comfortable with everything (because you know Indian parents). One night, I was working on the seating chart, and everyone knows this is the most stressful part. Making sure no one was missed, making sure everyone had the right entree for their meals. PK created many easy templates for us to fill out. That night around 3am, I texted Seena, just to say I was so stressed. Less than a minute later, I get a phone call from Seena asking why I'm stressed and to go to bed. When I asked why she was awake, she said she saw me editing on the google forms and was helping from the other side! Now that was dedication. On the wedding day, the team splits up between the groom's house and bride's house. Everyone knew exactly what needed to happen. Everything happened on time. Getting ready, breakfast, pictures, prayer, and we started the wedding on time and ended on time. They had talked to the choir, Church, and priests to make sure that everything would be done on time. At the reception venue, we didn't have to worry about anything. Everyone was seated on time. I went to change and someone was holding the saree ready to drape me. PK fed me while I changed. We only found out after the reception that PK was solving issues and problems in the background. These are all things we would have had to deal with if we didn't have PK. Thank you PK from the bottom of our hearts for all your love, time, dedication, and skill. We don't know what we would have done without you. We wish you all the best in your business! -

Seena and Kara were beyond belief. They drove to Central NJ for all meetings, vendor appts., and stayed up late many nights preparing for my daughter's big day. Everything went forward flawlessly. Retrospectively, there is no way my family could have accomplished what these two ladies did over the course of two months. There were so many details that I never even envisioned. I kiddingly say that Seena is my fourth daughter for how well she interacted with my family. -
