Racheal stepped in for the final four months and was our absolute lifeline on the wedding day. We faced a major challenge — we had arranged for three buses to transport guests from the hotel to the venue, but only two showed up. Then one of those buses got lost. It could have been a stressful disaster, but Racheal handled it with incredible grace and calm. She immediately called the bus company, figured out the situation, personally ensured guests arrived safely, and even pushed the entire wedding back an hour to give everyone time to arrive. Through it all, she kept me, the stressed bride, calm and supported. It was nothing short of extraordinary.

Racheal’s attention to detail and her ability to handle every little bump in the road made all the difference. She didn’t just plan our wedding — she protected our day and made sure it was perfect. Because of her and Nelliena, we were able to truly relax and enjoy every moment.

WOW!! I don't even want to think about how my wedding day would have looked if I hadn't hired Nelliena & the Banquet Boss team... I like to view myself as a pretty organized person and I was fully ready to take on a DIY wedding, but the amount of details that go into planning a wedding go far beyond what an excited, determined bride can do!

I mainly hired Nelliena with the intention to help run the wedding so my family wouldn't be stressed out to set up and tear down. Not only was the day smooth and better than I imagined (even when it did decide to rain on the day!) my entire family got to be present and enjoy the day and truly experience all the hard work and money that went into the event! It would have been a completely different, exhausting experience without Nelliena.

You can see your guest list, vendors, etc. all in one place. Everything is organized in one place. The monthly meetings were extremely helpful. We are assigned tasks and checking in the status of those tasks with Nelliena. This kept us on track with our to-do list. On the day of the event, everything went smoothly on our end. If there were any hiccups, I was not aware of any because the team took care of it. The team managed and guarded the timeline extremely well. Nelliena and her team were more than a day of coordinator. You have them for the whole year leading up to your wedding. It's not a service other day of coordinators offer.
