We're so glad we went with Isabel and Peony Event Planning for our wedding. Aimee and Norma were incredibly helpful, kind, and consistently on top of every detail, which was a huge relief for us since both my wife and I have ADHD. They were a valuable resource throughout the process and had great connections to catering that made planning much easier. One of our favorite details was the custom wedding cake decorations they made out of acorns, which were incredibly cute and thoughtful. Our wedding was a big success, and we genuinely couldn’t have done it without their help.

I can't recommend Aimee and Norma enough! They truly went above and beyond the service that we agreed upon (or so I think). They were worth every penny and then some! They were extremely attentive throughout the whole process and very patient with me and all of my requests. They made me feel at ease and like I didn't have to worry about anything leading up to the day. They both balance each other out very well, and it was a joy to work with them.

Working with Aimee and Norma was so easy and fun! They made our wedding day go smoothly without a hitch. My husband and I chose to use them as our day-of wedding coordinators and so glad that we did! Before the wedding they contacted our vendors and made sure we were all set for the big day. The day of the wedding they set up all the tables and decorations, which included using a six-foot ladder to put the fabric at the altar. They made sure we had all of our family for photos, kept us to our timeline and asked if we wanted to stick to it, and so much more behind the scenes that we didn’t see. We got to enjoy our wedding and guests since Aimee and Norma took care of everything. I highly recommend them!

They attended venue visits with us and helped us understand what prices made sense for a space or if we were getting overcharged. And of course, they were absolute pros on the day of the event—they handled every single detail with perfection, allowing us to actually enjoy our moment without stress. A huge shoutout to Aimee for saving the day when we found out our wedding venue wasn't available for the rehearsal; she found us a last-minute alternative that worked out perfectly.
My only complaint is that getting a hold of them between our first few meetings and crunch time (about 2 mo. before the wedding) was a bit challenging but they absolutely made up for it when it mattered most and the result was flawless. If you want a team that will fight for your vision (or come up with one entirely for you), and execute seamlessly on the big day, these are your girls!
