She took everything I wanted into consideration, along with budget, and steered me in the perfect direction for our Wedding Weekend. You will absolutely not regret hiring a wedding planner!

This review is long overdue. Chrissy was our wedding day coordinator for our small 20-person wedding last May. Even for a small wedding, we highly recommend a coordinator! Chrissy took over the planning process for us in the final 4 weeks - it was such a relief to hand over the reigns to such an attentive planner. Chrissy will make you both feel like VIPs - we very much appreciated her regular check-ins, weekly phone calls and detailed note-taking. In that process, she even took the time to learn about our guests and key relationships.

Because we hired her as a day coordinator, it was our job to get our ducks in a row before giving Chrissy the vendor details. However, when I got stuck or didn’t know what to expect, Chrissy was a great source of knowledge when it came to some vendor suggestions.

Our venue was a little challenging in that we couldn’t have anything delivered prior to our wedding day. Chrissy was immensely helpful in helping us get our supplies, decorations and party favors to the venue on the day-of. That included everything from linens to welcome cards. And she made sure that everything got packed back up by the end of the night.

Our wedding day (outdoors due to Covid) was forecasted at 90+ degrees and extremely windy. Chrissy and her assistant Kristan did great at improvising when the wind was too strong for some of our signage and floral arrangements.

Chrissy was great at helping us ease our stress and nerves. I was grateful to have her and Kristan by my side as I prepared to walk out for the first look with my fiancé, and again as I awaited my cue to walk down the aisle. She was always checking in with us and was fully present from getting ready to packing up. She worked wonderfully with our photographer and really made us feel like we were in good hands.

Hiring Chrissy was hands down the best decision we made.
Chrissy came recommended to me by a colleague (both of us of were in cooperate event planning prior) so I knew her recommendation would be good - but Chrissy exceeded all expectations!
After a 15-minute phone call I knew I needed Chrissy!! Just that phone call itself, showed me a glimpse into her personality and professionalism. That is when I knew I needed her by my side for the next 6 months!
That’s right - we got our dream wedding of 160 people in a gorgeous Bay Area mansion, planned, and executed in 6 months! Did I mention this was all done during Covid times when everyone was replanning their postponed wedding?! Vendors were all short staffed, and no one knew what was to come with Covid guidelines.
If any of you have tried booking anything during Covid - you are probably sitting here, reading this review, and laughing at me! But with all the connections Chrissy has in the industry, not only did we get our dream wedding, but we also got the dream team when it can to vendors.
A month out from the wedding, after all was planned and Chrissy had sent over all her layouts and mockups of each space, we had to change everything. Chrissy didn’t bat an eye and a few days later the whole wedding was moved outdoors - heaters, lighting, and all additional equipment was secured- and we didn’t even have time to stress over it!
All my guests later told us they couldn’t even imagine an indoor wedding because the outdoor wedding was stunning, beautiful and perfect in every way and we couldn’t agree more!
Chrissy’s professional organizational skills, industry connections and her custom checklists kept us on track throughout the whole entire process. But the number one reason I would recommend Chrissy as your wedding planner is this: She made it as stress free as possible. As both my husband and I reflected on our wedding the following morning we both said the same thing- we enjoyed our time getting ready with family and friends the morning of and had zero ounces of stress, concern or nervousness knowing that our wedding was in Chrissy’s hands. For that, we will always be grateful for Chrissy and now we have a friend for a life!

When you're planning your wedding no matter how much you think you know what you want, social media and Pinterest will tell you otherwise. But hiring Chrissy was handsdown the easiest and best decision I could've ever made. She heard what my dream wedding was, saw a few Pinterest boards I created and made a few phone calls - and then BAM! On Aug. 6th I witnessed my dream wedding come to life, I couldn't believe it! Her attentiveness to you as a bride from your first phone call until the end of your wedding is so special and truth be told we're still in touch today. I mean it with all of my heart when I say, she is by far the best person to work alongside with for your special day. Keep in mind, although it may be Chrissy's 100th wedding for the year, she remembers that it's your 1 big day and makes you feel like you're the focus of all her work. On your wedding day, she's going to give you tips and pointers, follow them in those moments and you'll forever cherish them. If you're still not a believer, read the comments on her Instagram posts or Google reviews, but TRUST ME she's worth hiring.

If you are looking for a wedding planner/coordinator - LOOK NO FURTHER. I'm not kidding, Chrissy is THE BEST in the industry. She was so helpful throughout the entire process and literally made our dream wedding come to life. She was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions (I text her probably more than I should have lol) she helped us choose some of our vendors that were incredible, weekly phone calls to go over details, she made sure we were completely taken care of and worked with our venue in making sure all deliveries went smoothly DURING A FREAKIN PGA TOURNAMENT!!!! That should already have helped you make your decision. Honestly she is just a miracle worker. She thought of absolutely everything you can think of to make sure our day was special and perfect. We felt so loved and she had an amazing team who helped us out throughout the day as well - Kristan, Chelsea and Katie! We had around 195 guests and not a single thing went wrong. I was never once stressed out throughout this entire process solely due to my trust in Chrissy. When we first met her, we instantly clicked and now we would consider her our great friend!!!! She has a big heart, loves what she does (probably due to her being so good at it) and has the sweetest personality ever! We love her SOOOOO much and promise if you choose to work with her, you will too.

I booked Chrissy and team after reading the glowing reviews. And boy, were we impressed! I had a covid wedding. Any normal wedding is stressful ours was even more so because of the uncertainties due to covid. Without Chrissy, we would have been lost. She is the most helpful and thoughtful planner we have ever met.
At one point we had a difference of opinion about the layout of the wedding venue. We were really confused but in the end we went with Chrissy's choice and we were so glad we trusted her. She truly made the wedding magical and added her own finer touches that we truly appreciated and enjoyed. Her eye for beauty and detail is unmatched.
We had an outdoor wedding and were really worried about a rain forecast. Thankfully we had Chrissy who really managed to think of all possible alternatives and pulled it off beautifully. Even during the wedding day she was constantly checking on me to make sure I was feeling alright. I cannot recommend Chrissy enough. By the end of the wedding all my guests where asking for Chrissy. We had the most beautiful wedding thanks to Chrissy and her husband Chris's help. I highly highly recommend them for your special day.

Chrissy was absolutely wonderful to work with! As an event planner myself, it’s really hard for me to let go of an event to someone else, so choosing the right wedding planner was a big decision. Chrissy is the best and was 1000% the right choice! She was incredibly organized throughout the process and was able to suggest solutions and review our contracts for anything we might have missed. Chrissy is extremely professional and organized and her timelines and checklists were extremely helpful to keep us on track. Chrissy kept me calm throughout the process and was always there to listen and provide solutions like when our linens were not available at the last minute or plans needed to be adapted for weather. She was always available to answer random questions at all hours of the day which I really appreciated. I trust her with my life, and I would do it all again in a heartbeat. Her patience and smile always put me at ease, and I have to be honest I miss her now that the wedding is over. Our wedding day was perfect in every way thanks to Chrissy! I felt like I was in a fairytale, and she made it all come together. I will absolutely recommend her to anyone I know that gets engaged!

As the mother of the bride I just had to write this review. This past weekend our daughter and now son-in-law hired Chrissy to help with their big day. From the moment they met Chrissy they felt so confident all would run smoothly. And it did! Chrissy is not only expert in what and how she does so well, she is so friendly, inviting and no matter how busy she is coordinating every detail, she can make you feel important. As parents of the bride, we thoroughly enjoyed the wedding without any worries that things were on schedule and being taken care of. I highly, highly recommend Chrissy and her service!
