We really can't say enough about having our wedding at the Ritz. We loved worked with Marianne- she was very special, and very responsive to all our needs. Everything from the food and service, to the beautiful grounds, was perfect.

We eloped to San Francisco and, after much deliberation, booked the Ritz-Carlton downtown as our accommodations. This hotel is nothing short of AMAZING. We booked the club level, which had food/drinks all day so we never had to leave the hotel to find food, like eating 5-star food for free your whole wedding day! We were treated like royalty our entire stay there. The valet even called us by name after we'd been there less than a day. We did our First Look in the valet area just outside the main entrance of the hotel - it's the most perfectly maintained garden area with beautiful white buildings. The wedding night turndown service was unbelievable too, and all provided at no extra fee.

The Ritz Carlton was one the top 3 in my list. What made me decide for it was that they have event consultants that help you on every aspect. They offer you lots of pre-screened vendors who knows the venue very well. I booked a room and got upgraded to a presidential suite. What a nice surprise!! Also, the food was delicious. All my friends and family loved. The cake was the best part. The chef patisserie did two flavors because I couldn't decide which one was better. Btw, I did all the planing within 2 months and the event consultant helped me a lot. Very good price-benefit.
