I scoured the portfolios of florists in the Brooklyn/NYC area and spoke to maybe 10 wonderful and accomplished florists, but ended up hiring Leatal whose work I had seen in the lobby of my apartment building! Leatal is the real deal. You can tell she is extremely passionate about what she does. She really went above and beyond for my wedding. My friends and family tell me constantly how picky I am when it comes to things like fashion and decor... well Leatal got me! I had a lot of ideas and she helped me see them through, bringing a "taste of Italy" to Brooklyn. She not only killed it with the floral arrangements and installations, but helped me procure other decor items like lemon crates, candles, and vases to make the space come to life. Communicating with Leatal was great - I met with her in person twice and we sent a decent amount of emails back and forth about various details. (We also collaborated on Pinterest) Leatal's attitude is genuine, passionate, and giving. She always gave me the best advice and perspective. I don't know, I really felt like she was my "spirit guide" for my wedding and I absolutely loved how everything looked! Thank you Leatal!
