I have been taking pictures of things for as long as I can remember. When I realized that photography allowed me to capture a moment in time and share it with others, I knew that my possibilities were endless and that I’d discovered something amazing. I’ve been in love ever since!

I attended the photojournalism graduate program at the University of Texas at Austin, and then decided to come back to Houston where I now live with my husband and our adorable—and extremely spoiled—dog, Baxter.

My photography style is photojournalistic—my goal is to tell a story with every photo I take. I was just recently married myself (in May of 2012), so that day, and everything that went along with it, is still very fresh in my mind. My dream wedding photographer is someone who will take the time to sit down and talk to me about what pictures I want to have from that special day—and that’s exactly what I will do. I know how important it is to have those beautiful memories!
