We worked with Mindy for our wedding, and everything was amazing! It was so easy to communicate with the bakery, and schedule our tasting. The tasting was so great, we got to pick any flavors for cake or fillings we were interested in and try them out. And we didn't have to make any decisions on the spot, Mindy let us think it over and get our choices back to her. We really appreciated that, as we both needed some extra time to pick since everything was SO good! They provided free delivery to our venue, The Lodge, the day of. We had a small 2 tiered cake and 10 dozen cupcakes in various flavors. They were an absolute hit with our guests and the cake was so tasty! Would highly recommend working with them for your wedding!

Although we didn’t get much of a chance to eat our cake at the wedding, every part of the process leading up to the wedding was easy and quick with this vendor. We loved them and would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful and custom cake.

We loved working with the Patisserie for our wedding desserts! We had a wedding cake and a spread of 8 different dessert bar options, and every single item was amazing. Our guests raved about the desserts, and just about everything was cleared out by the end of the night. They were great to work with throughout the whole planning process, and so accommodating when we had to postpone our wedding twice due to COVID. They even created a custom filling flavor for us — my husband was really hoping to have salted caramel buttercream as a filling between layers on our chocolate cake, and even though it wasn't on their menu, they made it special for us! Everyone loved it so much that they even told us they were planning to add it to their regular menu. We had a great experience overall, and we're so glad we chose the Patisserie for our wedding desserts.

Super delicious cake! The tasting was well presented and had so many options and combinations. We had the white cake with raspberry preserves for 2 layers and the chocolate cake with fudge and cannoli filling for the other 2 layers. It was to die for!! The presentation was gorgeous!!

The Patisserie of Skaneateles made us the most lovely cake and cupcakes for our August 2021 wedding. The cake was the vanilla with almond mousse - divine! We also did two kinds of cupcakes - double chocolate and vanilla with raspberry filling.
The three tier cake was gorgeous with flowers from Fleur de Lis. It matched all of the Pinterest boards I had shared and the guests all loved the taste!
As an added bonus, Michael from the Patisserie was a delight to work with. So easy to coordinate details. Highly recommend!

We worked with Vanessa at Patisserie for our November 2019 wedding. We had a small cutting cake and several other “finger food” desserts. Everything was super fresh and delicious. We didn’t have an elaborate cake but it still looked and tasted wonderful, and if the cakes in the window of the shop are any indication, if you wanted something more elaborate they would do an amazing job at that, too. This is also just an amazing, small shop to stop in and get any of their delicious items, I recommend any of their fresh baked breads.

My fiance and I planned a small covid-friendly ceremony because our wedding this past Spring was cancelled. Patisserie provided us with a beautiful big and delicious wedding cake on short notice that really added a special element to our night. We worked with Mike to design the flavors and appearance (a naked lemon cake with berry marscapone filling and flowers on top. Highly recommend!!!!

Vanessa was excellent in her presentations of options on the cake and it was absolutely beautiful! We had a meeting prior to selecting the fillings and I had samples to try. All were fantastic. Highly would recommend getting a cake here!

We used the patisserie for my daughters wedding cake July 27, 2019. It was the best cake we ever had. The went above and beyond with the flavor and frosting, so moist.
