I recently got married at Ommegang Brewery in Cooperstown and hired Stacy for our cake and wedding desserts. She came as a recommended vendor from ommegang, and upon meeting her for our cake tasting, we were so excited to have her. She not only made us a beautiful two tiered cake with different flavor combinations, but also made an assortment of mini pies and cannoli’s as well. Everyone raves about our desserts and we couldn’t be happier! She is very easy to work with and has a price that could not be beat.

I first hired Stacy for our wedding cake. We quickly realized that we had a great connection, and I decided to hire her as my month-of-wedding coordinator. She's so down to earth, personable, and professional. I seriously don't know what I would've done without her! The month leading up to the wedding is the most stressful time, and Stacy worked out every kink and squashed any anxieties I had. I had people come up to me during and after the wedding telling me it was virtually the smoothest wedding they have ever witnessed. Everyone says that it's hard to enjoy the day of your wedding because it's stressful and it flies by. I'm happy to say that my hubby and I didn't have that experience, and it's all because of Stacy! And on top of that, everyone LOVED THE CAKE! I'm counting down the days until our one year anniversary so that I can have some more!

Stacy was so easy to work with, even though we reached out to her only a month and a half before our wedding, and she was just leaving on vacation! She managed to mail us cake tastings to NYC (since we couldn't make it to Oneonta except on weekends she was out of town) with 6 flavors of cake and and equal amount of icings (all of which were amazing). Our 2-layer cake was affordable and also absolutely delicious - everyone was talking about how good it was! AND we got to have three flavors of cake (chocolate, marble cake and carrot cake) in additional sheet cakes. She also put beautiful flowers on the cake so it looked absolutely amazing.

There needs to be 10 stars for Stacy! I can’t say enough...she was a lifesaver! We just hired her for our cake and pies initially. I’m a little controlling so I thought I would do the rest myself...ha! I quickly realized I needed help and Stacy offered her services. She called it “day of” services, but it was more like “month of.” Long story short, we had to move the venue two weeks before the wedding and Stacy really stepped in to make sure everything was perfect. She spent hours decorating and then cleaning afterward. We literally just showed up, enjoyed our day and then picked everything up the next day. And then the cake...it was exactly what we wanted and SO delicious. I don’t know how she gets them so moist but YUM! We had vanilla cake with strawberry buttercream and chocolate cake with peanut butter buttercream...amazing! Stacy we will be forever grateful for you and everything you did! We could not have done it without you! Xoxo!

Stacy is AMAZING! She is not only a very talented baker, but she has talent in many other aspects of the wedding planning business! Since the moment I met Stacy I knew that we were only going to get the best. She is extremely professional in every way and when you work with Stacy she really does a wonderful job of making you feel like your cake and your wedding is the only thing that she is focused on and boy, does it show for the final product! She made our cutting cake, 3 different elaborate kinds of cupcakes and at the last minute I had asked her to make a vegan option for my wedding of 120! She also had her hand in creating some other food options for the wedding weekend and we are still are raving about how delicious everything was! She is able to really understand your visions and execute them beautifully without much direction, she has such a talent! Stacy is one of kind and I can guarantee if chosen for your wedding, she will not disappoint in any way shape or form, she will only add to the magic of your day and make it absolutely picture perfect!

Stacy is wonderful! Our cupcakes and cutter cake was everything and more! She helped make our day even more perfect!

The cake and Stacy were terrific! We met for a tasting and she made five different cake flavors, all of our choosing. They were frosted with our first choice of icing and she made another half dozen flavors of icing that she thought might also work. She sent them all home with us so we didn’t have to make a snap decision. She was so patient with us and was accommodating regarding delivery (we gave her a tight window for getting the cake where it needed to be and she had a couple of other cakes to deliver that day). The cake turned out beautiful and tasted as good as it looked. We had other desserts but ended up having almost no cake left over because lots of people had a second piece. The Thursday before our Saturday wedding we asked her to make a few dozen cupcakes for our Friday night rehearsal dinner. Not only was she willing to make them on such short notice she, once again, delivered them where they needed to be when they needed to be there.

Talk about delicious! We couldn't have been more happy with everything we got for our wedding. The setup was perfect. People were drowning in the sweets. Thank you so much for making our wedding so special!!

Stacy's cakes are outrageous. I've had the pleasure of eating her cakes for years when she's provided them for other events I've attended and the quality, appearance, and taste is consistently good.

Stacy not only baked my wedding cake, but desserts for my wedding buffet. Of course, everything was perfect in appearance, as Stacy is the ever perfectionist, with all cookies and bars uniform in shape and decorated within an inch of their pastry lives. My cake, although very simple in decoration (as per my request), was perfect for the event. We opted for 3 different layers of flavor and my husband (who is not the cake connessuier that I am) AND new father in law were smitten with the carrot cake layer. In fact, all of my guests raved about the moistness and taste of the cake and the dessert buffet goodies which Stacy created. We even had some leftover, which for a wedding of 160+ was something I was grateful for!

Quality of baked items is outstanding for the price and Stacy's service and professionalism is worth a call. She keeps her business small, which I appreciated, as I truly felt that this allowed for more individualized attention.

Based on my positive experience with this baker, I cannot encourage you enough to call this vender!

I have referred Stacy to many of my clients for wedding cakes and other event cakes. Every time I give Stacy a challenging client, she pulls through and produces the best products. The last time I worked with Stacy she was able to please my clients with a cupcake bar that included gluten free/vegan cupcakes to make sure that every guest had a tasty treat. I would highly recommend the carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, it's my personal favorite!
