The Sinclair of Skaneateles was absolutely the most perfect setting for the winter wedding. The setting was beautiful. The property was just breathtaking with the snow and the event center was more than we ever dreamed of. Sparkling lights, candles, evergreens. From the ceremony, to the cocktail hour, to the main event, to the desserts, everything flowed flawlessly.

The management was exceptional to work with and was very responsive to every need. We had questions, and a lot of questions throughout the whole process and they were so patient and helpful. The catering was exceptional from Rosalie’s Cucina and the food was exceptional.

We also rented one of their properties to stay in, called the Hive. The property of commentated extended family, as well as immediate and the bride and chrome. We’re able to utilize the space for a rehearsal dinner cocktail hour as well as the day after breakfast. It was a beautiful house, which was very spacious located in a beautiful setting.

I would highly recommend the Sinclair of Skaneateles for anyone that wanted to hold an exceptionally beautiful reception where the food was spectacular🤍

My wife and I had the absolute BEST wedding imaginable at the Sinclair. Every little detail was perfect. The care and attention that was paid by every single staff-person, vendor and employee was second to none. The venue is STUNNING and you can tell how much care went into making the space everything any couple would want from a wedding venue. It would be very difficult to find a venue and team that exceeds what you will get at the Sinclair. Every member of the Sinclair and Rosalies team were as communicative as possible. Anytime we reached out throughout the planning process, we got quick and thorough responses. There was no guessing about how our day would go. They perfected every detail; Our guest have been raving non-stop about the venue, food and service. Thank you thank thank you!

This was the only venue we toured, and we knew it was the one instantly. Patty and the rest of her family were all so helpful, thoughtful and kind throughout the process. They always made us feel like a priority and that it was truly our day. We had quite a few hiccups on the day (thanks Mother Nature) and they helped us through the process so much and they made it so easy for us to make the big decisions quickly without interrupting our day too much.

Marc, Kelly and the Rosalie's staff were all incredible too. The food from Rosalie's is top notch and our guests have not stopped bringing up how amazing it was. Marc worked with us a lot on the bar and we were able to have incredible signature cocktails that added such a personal touch to the day.

The venue grounds really are one of a kind, and it is a hidden gem. I would have booked the venue for the third floor bridal suite alone, but the entire place is just stunning. We are so grateful to have chose this as our wedding venue.

The Sinclair of Skaneateles was probably our 5th wedding venue we looked at and after walking in, we immediately knew it was the one! Then after taking to Pat and Kelly, it further confirmed our decision. Pat, Kelly, Mike and the rest of their team are amazing! They helped us with the planning process, set up the day before, the rehearsal and with the day-of. They were always responsive when we reached out with questions and were more than willing to help! Our guests raved about our venue and couldn’t stop talking about how magical it was. We couldn’t recommend the Sinclair enough!

We held our wedding at the Sinclair last month and couldn’t say better things about our experience. The Carberrys are amazing kind people who truly care about couples who get married at their venue. Our guests raved about the beauty of the space and how great their dinner was. We knew from our first moments on the property that this would be our wedding venue. The grounds are extremely well cared for and everything inside and out has been designed with amazing detail. We had a summer wedding and loved the church pews by the creek, and the inside space for the reception had so much natural light that you still felt like you were in nature. The bridal suite was INCREDIBLE! There are vanities all around for everyone in your party to get ready and we were able to get in early to start the hair and makeup process. Pat and Kelly were incredibly helpful in planning the layout of the reception as well as maintaining the flow of the day. They have done this so many times and are experts in knowing what works best in their space. They were present all day and were amazing day-of coordinators with our vendors and guests. Marc at Rosalie’s was also incredibly accommodating, we had a few guests with food allergies and he made meals that were delicious and perfect for each one. The cocktail hour food and buffet we chose was exceptional, it was really difficult to pick from Rosalie’s delicious menu!! One moment that stood out to me was that he made plates of the cocktail hour food for my husband and I when we left to go take pictures by Skaneateles Lake. We otherwise wouldn’t have eaten and were pretty ravenous at that point in the evening, so thank you Marc! We also hosted our wedding party at their Airbnb “The Hive” just down the street. This space was just the cherry on top of an amazing wedding weekend. We had plenty of space for our entire wedding party of 14, plus common space for parents and friends visiting while getting ready for our wedding. Kelly, Pat and Marc went above and beyond to make our experience extraordinarily special and we would highly recommend The Sinclair to anyone looking for the perfect venue.

Mine is a different kind of review based on very unusual circumstances. Without going into the long, drawn out details, I landed at the Sinclair unintentionally with my 8 month old and 3 year old granddaughters in the middle of a horrible winter blizzard. I had no diapers with me (again , king story) but fortunately did have a bottle of formula to feed my granddaughter. The hosts of the Sinclair could not have been more welcoming, supportive, helpful and genuinely kind and caring. They warmed up the bottle, came up with an ingenious plan for the diaper situation, and were incredibly attentive. I’m guessing their hospitality and service extends well into their business of hosting events in their gorgeous setting and I would, without hesitation, recommend this place to anyone looking for a fairytale setting. Thank you again ladies for taking such good care of us😘

Our daughter had her wedding reception at the Sinclair, and we cannot rave enough about how amazing this venue is! Every last detail is perfect. The property is stunning, both indoors and outdoors - guest after guest told us it was the most beautiful wedding venue they had ever seen. We had a cool fall evening, and everyone enjoyed the outdoor fireplaces. The bridal suite was a beautiful and comfortable space for the girls to get ready, and equipped with every last minute thing anyone could need.

The food was delicious, Marc accommodated every request, and the Rosalie’s staff was amazing.

What really sets the Sinclair apart from other pretty spots are the owners. Pat, Bob, and Mike were incredible to work with throughout the planning process, the day of the wedding, and even during clean up. They had answers to questions we didn’t even know to ask!

Starting our forever at The Sinclair of Skaneateles was truly a dream come true. From beginning to end, we felt incredibly well taken care of. We were in the best of hands throughout the entire experience. There was no doubt in our minds that we picked the right place to have our wedding. The folks at the Sinclair went above and beyond to make sure our day was just as we envisioned. When our wedding day came, it was magical. Absolute perfection in every way possible. Our guests raved about their experience and now they all want to have their weddings at the Sinclair too! To anyone who is considering this wonderful venue, do not hesitate to book your wedding here. This place is truly one of a kind and filled with wonderful people who make you feel like family right from the beginning.
