I had never had Rosalie's until we went to the restaurant for our tasting, and it was incredible. Marc is so helpful and professional, he really goes above and beyond to make sure that the food, presentation, and the flow of dinner at the reception are perfect. Marc's food and desserts are literally the best italian food I've ever had.

Chef Mark is incredible!! His professionalism, food, and service is outstanding. Whether dining at Rosalie’s or catering our wedding Mark was spectacular! Our guests were beyond satisfied and raved about how delicious every course was! Our bartender was so friendly and was absolutely wonderful to all of our guests. The table settings were just what we imagined. We had the most incredible day! Thank you Mark!!!

There is no better way to describe Mark, the head chef, other than professional. He is the type of person that does everything he can to make the event a success. He is flexible, pleasant, and always reliable. I can't thank Rosalie's enough for making our wedding a success. I would highly recommend them for a wedding but also just to have dinner there. If I could give Rosalie's 10 stars on flexibility and quality, I would!! I should begin by acknowledging we didn't choose Rosalie's as our caterer, but instead it was an exclusive relationship with our venue, Anyela's Vineyards. However, I never once regretted that they were our caterer. Marc, the head chef, is extremely professional, talented, nice (what a great quality!), and patient. We were planning our wedding from overseas, so we had two in person meetings with Marc. One was 15 months before the wedding for our food tasting, and the other was one week before the wedding for our signature cocktail tasting. In between, it was purely planned via email and telephone calls. Marc didn't even bat an eye when we had to change one of our entrees 5 days before the wedding after realizing a sizable number of guests wouldn't eat either of the offerings. Our wedding planner also gave Marc rave reviews for his professionalism and management, as well as his entire team for their ability to serve guests exquisitely while still remaining in the background. And most importantly, the food and drink was fantastic! So many guests complimented the food throughout the wedding. Rosalie's also provided our beer and signature cocktail service. The two signature cocktails were so delicious - exactly what we wanted. As a couple, we are beer and wine aficionados, and Marc helped us procure some of our favorite craft brews for our wedding. We would 110% recommend the Rosalie's team to anyone looking for a caterer who serves delicious food with an attention to service you expect in a restaurant.
