We can't thank Natalie at Pastry by Day enough for designing and making the perfect wedding cake for our September 2016 wedding. Our guests were raving about it! We knew the cake was going to be delicious after our cake tasting session (so fun and SO hard to choose from the many amazing flavor options), but we were blown away by how beautiful it was! I gave Natalie very little direction but she managed to create exactly what we wanted - it was gorgeous and fit our theme perfectly! Natalie is experienced, professional, passionate about delivering a quality product, and so fun to work with. And she really went above and beyond in terms of logistics, working directly with our caterer to make sure the cake got to the right place at the right time. I highly recommend Pastry by Day!

I can't say enough about how wonderful Natalie is! From the very first interactions to the final interactions she was so kind, professional, creative, and overall a joy to work with! We hired her for a wedding cake and had an idea to do lemon meringue and integrate blueberries and lemon poppy seed into our cake. She came up with a beautiful design that we absolutely loved! It was as beautiful as it was delicious!! In our tasting, Natalie was very organized in understanding what size cake we'd need and when she realized we weren't planning on saving the top tier to freeze for our one year anniversary, she made an extra tier for us! It's sitting patiently in our freezer for the next 349 days! We were even considering having Natalie remake the cake for us since we hardly had any at our wedding and what little we did have was painfully delicious! Definitely recommend Natalie!!

Pastry By Day was amazing!! Natalie came to our apartment for a tasting. She came back to pick up the cake topper that we had purchased, both efforts simplified our life at a very busy and stressful time. She coordinated with our venue and showed up on time. The cake was beautiful and delicious! We had several guests comment on how delicious the cake was and I'm not sure how often that happens. Highly recommended!
