I don't even know where to start with Pam! I had a pleasant experience with overall ever vendor, but Pam was by far the best! She went above and beyond since day one. We went into her shop and our first impression was even blown away by Pam. She is a small business that aims to please. Our consultation went wonderful. She listened to all our wants and took detailed notes and emailed us everything we discussed. She stayed in communication with us throughout all the planning. Her calm, positive demeanor made wedding planning a pleasant experience. The flowers were gorgeous! The bouquets were the most well put together and full! My bouquet was absolutely beautiful. The arch at the ceremony was like something you see on Pinterest. Her team of ladies were so sweet as well! Pam will be my 1st choice for flowers any day!

Just perfect! Pam was so kind and helpful. I felt immediately at ease; I even had to add on to my initial order which was handled without any worry. My flowers were beautiful and my bouquet dried wonderfully as a great keepsake. Her pricing is beyond fair; she will be the only place I buy flowers in the future!

Pam Pollard's Flowers and Gifts filled a rather unusual order of 24 deep red roses, cleaned, loose, with no "water source" for our daughter's wedding on March 11, 2017. She collected and provided a bag of loose rose petals that we used as part of the tablescapes. She even loaned us a bucket to keep the long-stemmed roses hydrated until the event at 6. Pam and her staff were more than helpful and was able to get us exactly what we had hoped for on very short notice. The flowers were more beautiful than we could have imagined and very aromatic! She arranged 2 beautiful vases full of white roses and large calla lilies and designed us an elegant centerpiece for our trellis! Delivery was very prompt and professional. A big thank you to Pam and her staff!

Pam was fabulous! We didn't realize that we needed an appointment (duh? should have known!) but she dropped what she was doing and sat down with us anyway, even though she was busy and we volunteered to come back later. She helped me through figuring out exactly what I wanted, and what she delivered was even far better than I was picturing. She easily incorporated folded paper flowers we supplied into the bouquets to fit in with our theme. This Hilton institution deserves its reputation as friendly, professional, and a good business to support.

Pam was very accommodating, especially with my last minute planning. The centerpieces were better than expected, and we received so many compliments on the flowers. The colors were perfect and really completed the reception decor.

I just wanted to point out that PAM POLLARD'S FLOWERS & GIFTS at 10510 Warwick Blvd in N N does a fantastice job! They are not connected to Pollard's Florist in any way! So the complaint on this site is not about Pam Pollard's Flowers & Gifts! Keep up the great work Pam Pollard's Flowers!!!!

Very reasonable prices, work is of great quality and they were very professional yet very customer service oriented. From the moment we sat down for my consultation and I explained our budget, Pam did everything she could to keep me at an affordable price point. I had no idea fresh flowers that look great would be a possiblity for me. I highly recommend Pam Pollard's!!!

The flowers were gorgeous! Perfectly selected and put together. We got so many for the budget we set. Everyone comment on the bouquets especially. I would highly recommend her.
