Jessi Sent on 08/01/2017I don't even know where to start with Pam! I had a pleasant experience with overall ever vendor, but Pam was by far the best! She went above and beyond since day one. We went into her shop and our first impression was even blown away by Pam. She is a small business that aims to please. Our consultation went wonderful. She listened to all our wants and took detailed notes and emailed us everything we discussed. She stayed in communication with us throughout all the planning. Her calm, positive demeanor made wedding planning a pleasant experience. The flowers were gorgeous! The bouquets were the most well put together and full! My bouquet was absolutely beautiful. The arch at the ceremony was like something you see on Pinterest. Her team of ladies were so sweet as well! Pam will be my 1st choice for flowers any day! -

Nicole Sent on 03/02/2010Don't go with Pollard's!!!! They came recommended to me, and they did EVERYTHING wrong. Had I paid for them, I'd be after them for every penny to be returned. First, the manager, who's direct contact info I had been given when booking them, left the business, and no one contacted me. I only found out when I called when I kept getting no response from the e-mails I was sending her. Second, they kept changing who the designer would be, so I had to go over the style over and over and over again. I was so afraid they would mess up the flowers and my bridesmaids kept telling me not to worry (my MOH used them for her wedding with no problems, but that was 2 years before my wedding). Well... the flowers showed up and they were ALL WRONG!!! My bouquet was supposed to be a thin cascading style with pink calla lillies laid against green chrysanthemum, and ivy down to the floor. That's it. They sent a hand-tie sized cascading bouquet with mini white callas, the green chrysanthemum (the only part they got right), 2 ROSES (I HATE ROSES and specifically said NO ROSES), and NO IVY... my bouquet was not at all what it was supposed to be.... it was a big full mess and I hated it. My husband's corsage was supposed to be a pink calla to match my bouquet, and they send a white one - to wear on his white tux. He may as well not even had one. My mother's wrist corsage came as a pin on and we had no way to fix it. The MOH's bouquet was missing all together. Flowers with Pollard's was a nightmare. I think a 1.2 is a generous rating for how much they screwed up.
