I cannot rave enough about One Events Management (OEM). I myself am a project manager and needed help with the finer details and execution of my wedding. If you’re on the fence about hiring a coordinator, just do it. We hired the team at One Events and do not regret it. Surbhi met with us multiple times to go over vendors, contracts, programs, itinerary and really put us at ease. She took over contact with the vendors before the wedding so that we could focus on our multi-day wedding festivities and be able to take in the moment and not worry about if the caterer is on time or the mandap is set up. Her team was able to handle our 550-guest ceremony and 350-guest reception and made sure everything was done within our tight timeline. Surbhi made sure no detail was missed and was able to execute each and every one of our desires. Two weeks after our wedding we were told by a family member that there were a handful of non-RSVPs and she was able to have an entire table set up, with décor, that we didn’t even notice.
