Sandy and team went way past my expectations. The whole process was a breeze and Sandy ensures you sit back and relax while they make your dreams become reality!! I had NO worries and was blown away the morning of the wedding when I saw the pergola and reception setup. I can guarantee and preach you will not find better!!

Everyone came up to us after the wedding saying how beautiful the wedding is, the venue, the decor and the design was and honestly the vision came together only because we had you behind us the whole time. If you guys can get a wedding coordinator like Sandy you honestly don't have to stress about a single thing on the day of your wedding. Most brides look back and say that their wedding day was probably one of the most stressful days of their lives, running around, ensuring things are moving according to plan. For us, my daughters wedding day was one of the most fun days of our life. It was completely stress-free and not once did we ever cared about the schedule or even glanced at it. That's really the crux of hiring an awesome wedding coordinator. My husband and I hired Once Upon an Event to cater and bartend our wedding on 12.6.19. It was honestly one of the best decisions we could have made! Sandy was super professional and easy to work with. She answered every single one of my questions throughout the way and helped to create a menu that fit within our budget. On the day of, the food was freaking amazing and Sandy's team (ESPECIALLY ALEXIS) was super attentive! Sandy's team went out of their way to make sure my husband and I were having a great time. Alexis literally made sure that my husband and I ate throughout the night and always had a drink in our hand! I seriously cannot recommend Once Upon an Event enough! If you're even thinking about hiring them... DO IT!
