My wife and I got married at Johnson's Locust Hall Farm in September of 2023 and had the day of our dreams! We chose Olive and Shae to be our caterer without a second thought. We loved their intricate presentations, the mix of classic to funky foods and the quality they deliver. Chelsea was incredible to work with, listened to every detail we discussed over the many months prior and we feel so lucky to have had her as our caterer. The wedding guests could not stop raving about the incredible food that was served from cocktail hour through dinner, many even said it was the best food at a wedding they have ever had. She delivered high end restaurant quality food which met and exceeded everything we could have asked for. One other thing about working with Chelsea is she helps coordinate everything day of at the event to make sure your days goes by seamlessly! We cannot thank her and her staff enough for their incredible service!

We were referred to Chelsea of Olive & Shae via a mutual friend for catering for my wife's 50th birthday party I was throwing for her. Chelsea and team were AMAZING to work with from first call all the way through the day after the party. The food options and quality was absolutely delicious. She was a great partner in navigating choices and details. One of the things I have to mention is she is not like any other caterer we have worked with in that Chelsea and Olive & Shae do so much more than food. She made the experience so easy and seamless in that she has great vendor relationships so she took care of flowers, cake, goodie bags for our out of town guests, customized napkins, etc. She also organized a timeline for the party and kept everything moving seamlessly. My daughter recently got married at Johnson Locust Farm. We are from out of town and had to heavily rely on Chelsea to help plan and execute what turned out to be the most exceptional service I've ever received. The food was outstanding and I can't say enough about Chelsea and her crew....truly amazing!

I am not joking - whatever you do end up choosing, hire Olive and Shae. Not only was the food divine, but working with Chelsea is one of the best vendor relationships I've ever had! She is attentive, makes any wish come true, and is just as excited as you are on the big day. The amount of compliments I received on our menu was the highlight of the wedding, my MIL said it was the best food she's ever had at a wedding. There was plenty of food rotating and big served meals - it was perfect.

When you book with O&S, you get more than just a catering company; you get their knowledge of event planning as well. Their food is not a traditional steakhouse wedding meal. They have fusions of different cultures that you can tailor to suit your guests. Every meal & bite is elevated and out guests could not stop talking about their dinner.
