We were in awe at LV’s design of our backyard wedding!

We booked the Full-Service Coordination package with LV after an initial phone call and walk through of our venue about a year before our wedding. We met monthly via phone to discuss wedding details and to keep us on schedule.

LV recommended vendors and negotiated with them to keep us within budget. She also managed a hotel block for our guests and provided a wedding planning spreadsheet. Her prior experience in the wedding and event planning industry was helpful especially when all the tasks involved in planning a backyard wedding seemed overwhelming.

LV and her husband visited our backyard and made a to-scale floor plan, which was updated to reflect changes and décor throughout the planning process. Additionally, she coordinated a vendor meeting and walk through in our backyard a few months before the wedding to iron out details.

About a month before the wedding, LV created a timeline which was communicated with all vendors. The day before the wedding LV lead the rehearsal and reviewed every part of the décor inventory list we provided to ensure all items were accounted for.

The day of the wedding LV coordinated with all vendors to ensure our event ran smoothly. Her team flipped the ceremony space into the reception all within cocktail hour. She put out a couple fires (an audio guestbook issue and a bathroom issue – both not her fault) during the event too (one of which we didn’t even know about until the next day) all without bothering us. It was very nice to have the peace of mind that if anything came up during our wedding LV would handle it. She also made sure we both had a plate of food and our signature drinks during dinner.

One thing I am very appreciative of LV for, is when she took me to the side before the ceremony started to show me all the décor she had set up and styled. It nearly brought me to tears to see my vision come to life, and it was even more beautiful than I could have imagined. LV and her team did an amazing job at the styling and design of all the décor in our wedding ceremony and reception. I am so happy when I look back at photos. It is stunning.

Additionally, LV and her husband own a photo booth which they set up during our reception and it was a big hit! She provided us with a USB after the event containing all the pictures too.

LV made our vision come true!

For several months, my husband and I were staring at our huge wedding spreadsheet and planned out many fun activities for our guests. We were worried this would be overwhelming for L.V, but she took the challenge like a CHAMP and went above and beyond to make everything come to life. Our family and friends were in awe with our beautiful table setting and wedding decor. She communicated with our vendors and brought up important details that my husband and I would have completely forgotten about. We have some other vendors that were difficult to work with, but LV and her team handled it with ease.

The only regrets that we have is not hiring her earlier and forgetting to take a picture with her :) Thank you so much Odineva Events!

I don't know where to begin!
I am beyond thankful and grateful for LV. She WORKED HER BUTT OFF at my wedding! I couldn't believe it! It truly felt like there were 10 of her, always where she needed to be. She was an absolute life saver and my moral support for the weeks leading up to the wedding. Any question or concern I had, I could just text her and get a quick response with her professional opinion. Even throughout the 8 months from when I officially hired her, I felt comfortable texting her questions. Whenever we had a phone conversation, I could tell she really cared and took my wedding seriously. She thought of everything I could have never imagined to, and was always right! Even when I didn't want her to be (haha).
My parents even told me that LV stayed later than her scheduled time to be there till the very end of cleanup! Also, her husband was our awesome videographer! There are too many kind things to be said about them.

We hired LV for day-of coordination and it was the best decision we could have made for the wedding! She handled everything so well and she kept things so organized. She worked hard with the venue staff to provide a great day for us. She was easy to communicate with and always available for questions. My family and I did most of the decor ourselves and she brought it all together perfectly when she set-up the reception venue. I am so thankful for her and all of her hard work on the timeline and flow of our wedding because I know I could NOT have done this myself on the day of my wedding and I wanted my family to be able to enjoy themselves instead of having them stress out over the small things.
