Wedding music professionals offering well-rehearsed set bands and string quartets. Since 2003, we have worked with couples to customize your song list and help plan and create beautiful, fun weddings! Our interactive, energetic vocalists will get the party started and keep your guests dancing ALL NIGHT LONG!! We also offer Band/DJ Team Performances. We have a legacy of providing awesome bands, DJs, string quartets, jazz ensembles, uplighting and more.

NY Orchestras have been featured in television and print media. Our bands have appeared on ABC-TV's “LIVE with Regis & Kelly Ripa” on their live weddings, “Live It Up” on CBS “The Morning Show” on FOX and “Happy Hour” on the FOX Business Network. NY Orchestras have performed for many charity organizations including St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Kids Helping Kids, Special Olympics, American Cancer Society and Coaches for Cancer.
Attention to Detail
Whether you're having an intimate ceremony or a large-scale reception, NY Orchestras is open to hearing your ideas and making it a reality. They are willing to travel and learn new songs. Outside of music, they also provide uplighting around the room and stage lighting in order to enhance the ambiance. For smaller weddings they can offer a singing piano player, jazz trios and string quartets. For larger weddings they can offer a six to 14-piece band, 20-piece band or orchestra. Hiring Bill and his NY Orchestra band The Vibe was one of the best decisions I made in planning my daughter's wedding. Not only is Bill knowledgeable and personable, he is so easy to talk to that he makes you feel like you are working with a friend. When we first spoke he told me one of his talents he is most known for is 'reading the crowd' and knowing what music to play and when. He was 100% accurate about that! We did not give him a playlist and he just instinctively knew what songs to play as the night went on. Less than a half hour into the reception guests kept coming up to me and my husband telling us how INCREDIBLE the band is. There was honestly not one moment (other than when guests were eating their entree) that the entire dance floor wasn't packed. I am still getting texts and emails from our friends and family about how awesome the band was. They truly made the wedding unforgettable and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. NY Orchestras promised that our guests would walk away saying, “wow, that was the best wedding band we’ve ever seen!” Let me tell you, they did not let us down! We have friends and family member still talking about the music at our wedding. We even had a friend come up to us during the reception to state they were upset that they had already booked a different band for their wedding.
