September Wedding Band

We couldn’t be happier with our choice to book Bud Maltin Music for our wedding! From the very beginning of the planning process, Bud and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. What impressed us most was how accommodating they were with our music preferences. We provided them with both our “must play” and “do not play” lists, and they respected our wishes completely while still keeping the dance floor packed all night long. Their flexibility and attention to our specific requests made such a difference in creating the perfect atmosphere for our special day. Every single band member exceeded our expectations with their professionalism, talent, and energy. They read the room perfectly, knew exactly when to amp up the energy and when to bring it down for the more tender moments. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the music was!

DJ Phil From Bud Maltin Music

I'm writing to strongly recommend DJ Phil from Bud Maltin Music. He was the DJ at our wedding and did just a fantastic job. He was professional and arrived early with a smile and a great attitude. We had spoken before so he knew just what we wanted and followed our instructions beautifully but when it was time for him to take the reins he had everybody on the floor during every set. I should say that I feel I know talent when I see it, I'm a professional musician, played 15 years backing Tina Turner, Peter Gabriel Ringo Starr and His All Starr Band as well as performing a song in the classic movie The Lost Boys. My new wife and I were both knocked out by Phil's talent. You can't go wrong with Phil and Bud.

The Bud Maltin Band played at our wedding reception.

What a band! What a sound! These guys are the real deal. In my opinion, the band is the most important part of a wedding and The Bud Maltin Band was incredible! Couldn't recommend enough - we played a classic wedding playlist (rock, motown, pop, (and one blink 182 song)) and these guys knocked it out of the park!

Red Maple Wedding

Bud and his team provided an amazing experience for our wedding at Red Maple Vineyard. He was responsive and eager to engage with our requests, including changing the lyrics of a song to better fit our wedding. The band was a hit and is still one of the most talked about features at our wedding! Overall, we appreciated Bud’s professionalism and knowledge through the experience and would recommend him and his team to anyone going forward!

Best decision! 10/10

Bud Maltin and the band were incredible for our 11/1/2025 wedding. Prior to the day, Bud helped create a timeline that made the party go seamlessly. He gave us great tips to get people on the dance floor as much as possible and that was definitely achieved. Our guests had the best time, and people of all ages told us they’ve never danced so much at a wedding. Bud slowed down the tempo of the mother/son song as requested by us to make it easier to dance to. He went above and beyond all night. Our family is very Irish and the band played traditional Irish music for 20 minutes. It was definitely a highlight to see our family and friends dancing during the set. Band members came into the crowd and the energy they created was UNMATCHED. Can’t recommend Bud and his band more.

Perfect wedding band

They went above and beyond at every step of the way. Helped ensure we had a chance to hear them play at a different event before booking, and were communicative and helpful throughout the process. They even managed some special requests with the ceremony and parent dances (singing in Italian). I will be booking them for any future events in the NY area.

Amazing experience!

Great band!

Bud was amazing - he accommodated our requests to really make our ceremony feel like ours. He was so easy to work with, and the band was AMAZING. so many people told us they were the best wedding band they’ve heard.
